Was banned for cheating for no reason and still not gotten any response (Fixed)

So basically I was just out with my friends last weekend and ate some nice dinner. I open my phone to see that I’ve gotten a mail from EA. I didn’t know what it was just though it was some news about sales etc. but to my surprise It was something completely different. Apparently I had been banned from Apex Legends saying that “your account has been found cheating and has been permanently suspended”.

I know for a fact that I’ve never ever either downloaded or used any types of programs or softwares to cheat in any game ever. And yes this came as a chock because I’ve been playing on my same account since the first beta version of the game and I have over 1.5k games and 260 wins with some good stats and I’m just as legit as just another player playing the game because they like it and that they want to improve and get better. So I decided to send a mail to EA and make a case which I was supposed to get a response bout in 72 H.

Now it’s been since Saturday last weekend and I’ve sent 2 mails without getting any sort of response from the advisors etc. First of all I can understand that mistakes can happen and with the right support they can easily be fixed but right now I just feel like even tho this mistake was made, I still got no other way to try to fix what has happened because as long as I don’t get a response on my mail, I will have to wait just doing nothing at all.

I hope that someone that’s working with these reports sees this and could contact me in any way so that we could get this fixed. I want to be able to keep grinding in ranked and I just bought the battle pass as well which just makes me loose a lot of time getting all the rewards as I’m still banned.
