I'm in the same condition.
I got an unknown Reason Banned in February last year, wrote over 100 cases Nothing Change, So gave up my account.

However, I kept getting updates from EA and got interested when I got the mail that I was doing a Final Fantasy collaboration, so I logged on to my account after a long time to check the status, and I checked that the suspension was over-turned before and a new Ban was created in October.

I asked about this in a live chat and they said they were over-turned on October 26th but were bannied two days later on October 28th for "act of profiting from cheating in the game".

But the funny thing is that even if I go through all of my Steam login history, Ea site login history and so on, I haven't played APEX with this account in that period.

How can I cheat on a date I haven't even played??

I've talked to EA about this, but they keep saying "It's the final decision" over and over again.

Why don't you explain how this is possible?

The above is what I inquired about on LiveChat.

They says that Ban was released on the 27th and suspended on the 28th.

As you can see from the picture, there's no record of accessing Steam

But I can't release the Ban on my account because the "final decision" has been made.

Does this make sense in common sense?
