EA WHY AM I BANNED :(

Literally just got the game!!! And I got banned, i haven't used the bs zen, i haven't used no cheats, half the people getting banned arent even doing anything wrong!! Unban my account please!!

    I'm sorry, we won't know why you've been banned. Here on the EA forums, Community Managers won't know about your ban or be able to make changes to it. If you'd like to know what we can and can't do, check out this guide:

     

    There is a team that cares for players with bans. They can take a look into this for you if you feel there's been a mix-up with things. You can reach them by sending in a ban appeal. Use the steps in this guide to learn how to fill out the webform to submit one:

    BRO I PAID $70 PLUS TAX FOR THIS GAME AND IM BANNED. WHY THE HELL AM I BANNED! CAN I PLEASE GET AN ANSWER WHY IM BANNED!! IM SO UPSET

    I wish they would reply to my support ticket. Been waiting 3 days now.

    Hi Noktru​,

    I hear you. If you've already popped in an appeal through the web form, then you've done the right thing and just need to keep an eye on your email. The TOS team handles each appeal on a case-by-case basis; some take longer than others as a result. It may take some time, but they will send you a response as soon as they can once their investigation is done. 

    If it's taking more than 10 business days, without an email from the address: mailto:noreply@ea.com. The support team won't have any insights or updates they can share about your ban appeal, but they may be able to check in on it, purely to confirm if it is with the Terms of Service team to give you some peace of mind that it did reach the right team.

    Welcome to the club, prepere yourself for 2-3 weeks of reappealing, with a slim chcance to get unbanned without any explenations. And a chance to get another random ban after that. First response would be automated refusal, also do not try to find one and only cause, there most likely isnt one but a few of those.

  • Uses exploits, acts like it's nothing "cuz everyone use it" , get's banned, crying on forums. **bleep**

  • Hello, I’ve run into the same issue. The dear TOS department keeps rejecting my tickets, but I’m not even submitting appeals since my ban has already disappeared from the EA Help website. I’ve been asking them why the ban no longer appears, whether I’m actually still banned, and whether my ticket #225253043 (submitted on October 14th) is still being worked on, yet I’ve never received a real answer. I suspect that EA’s specialists are simply ignoring my messages and rejecting them automatically.  You mentioned that support should be able to check the ticket, but in the online chat they told me it had already been answered, although I believe the “specialist” just mistook a manager’s note for a final response. Please clarify whether the support team is still working on ticket #225253043 and what I can do besides joining the collective lawsuit against EA.
