Greetings all,

I am facing this issue during runnig the EA app. Also, there's another error message saying we can't download the update, so please look into it,

Even when I am trying to download the app from the website, it's crashing.

Hey iwcrx,

Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty getting the EA App to update.

Please give these troubleshooting steps a try:

Open Task Manager and end the EA Background Services task

Clear the EA App's cache

Run the EA App as administrator

Repair the EA App

Launch the EA App Updater directly (should be located in the same folder as the EA App)
