Can’t link new account

So I can play madden because my old online EA account is no longer use, I don’t have the email and can’t recover the email, I tired chat and the one person didn’t help me much I’m trying to link my new account to my PS5 but I can cuz of the life time link which I think is very dumb. But I tried  doing live chat again but it won’t let me. Does anybody have answers or advice on how to help me out??
