PSN account linked to wrong EA account

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where my PlayStation Network ID <removed> is currently linked to an incorrect EA account <removed>.

I would like to request that you please unlink my PlayStation Network ID from this EA account so that I can link it back to my original and correct EA account, which contains all my game progress, Ultimate Team, and players.

I am the owner of both accounts and I can provide any necessary information to verify my identity. Please let me know the next steps to resolve this.

    Thanks for taking the time to explain the situation. I'm afraid we're unable to support account-related requests here on the forums, as we lack the necessary tools. 

    You should be able to unlink the PlayStation account by accessing your Connected Accounts page on the current EA account, and link it by logging in to the correct EA account and following the steps on this page. If you're unable to do so, please contact live support for assistance, and an advisor can work with you to make sure the right accounts are linked.

    Do keep in mind that progress is stored at the EA account level, meaning that the progress and items you're currently accessing will not transfer over when you unlink the PlayStation account.
