BUGGED EVO‼️

I have a server bugged evolution stuck in my rewards system, I’ve already watched the evo expire for the second time but still cannot be claimed or applied. I have about 40 packs I can’t open because it wants me to claim this evo first but when I click the evo in rewards section it just gives a server error continuously. Has anybody managed to fix this on their own? I’ve tried everything
