EA fc 26 fps drop fix

I also do have a type of ritual that i do that helps me at least play some games, for me what works the best is clearing the shader's, making sure the files deny writing and also locking max frame rate -1 below my refresh rate, also when i see it lag and drop to 2 and 3 fps i just open a game in the background and it does actually help it. However these fixes are not always consistent as sometimes it works other times it does not and it gets mentally frustrating trying to do the same thing over and over again, sometimes it gets nearly 30 minutes to get the game to work just for you to get bored after one game.

I noticed something interesting though, which is the issue might be related to resolution but im not totally sure, my friend's pc's are normal but they have a higher resolution than i do, i play on 1920 x 1080 and i tried to reduce the resolution which actually helped the game run very smoothly yet the quality and overall experience is very bad to the point where it is not worth it at all.
