FC 26 – Arsenal vs Arsenal and connection lost in every online match

I have been unable to play any online FC 26 match for about 5 days.

Every online UT mode fails. After matchmaking, the pre-match presentation shows Arsenal vs Arsenal, and then I immediately get “You lost connection to your opponent”. The match never actually starts and the ping remains at 0 / is never displayed.

Squad Battles works normally because it is offline.

I have already:

tested my normal home internet, tested a completely different connection using my phone hotspot and exactly the same problem, cleared the EA app cache, deleted the local FC 26 profile files, deleted Personal Settings 1, removed all EVO players from my squad, verified all 700/700 FC 26 files through Steam and verification completed successfully.

EA Connection Quality Report does not show a connection problem.

This has been happening continuously for approximately 5 days. Please check whether there is a matchmaking/session problem affecting my EA account or FC 26 online services rather than sending standard router troubleshooting steps.       

and yeah, everyting above is from chat gpt from which i was trying to get help, so it wrote this post, i think i've tried almost everything to get this issue right but i didn't, so i'm trying to get help here too. this problem has happened before but after reseting game or after waiting max 1 day it came back and everything were good, i hope you can help me, because even if fc 27 is being released week from now, i could get this problem again, and if it would happen i would know what to do.
