Gauntlet 3 issue IGNORED, will EA compensate?
Earlier last week when the gauntlet 3 mode started multiple players faced an issue which caused them to be locked out of Ultimate team mode permanently and this issue was NOT resolved by EA. The issue only resolved itself when gauntlet 3 mode ended.

These posts were often ignored by EA community staff and had little to no feedback or response. This is the 3rd post I have had to make on this issue and we still have 0 answers despite also sending DM's to EA community staff.
The players who were affected by this issue created by gauntlet 3 were unable to log in to ultimate team at all. This meant us affected players missed out on squad battles, UT champs, rivals, gauntlet 3 mode key SBC's for Myles Lewis Skelly and paid EVO's such as the Adama evo which we could not complete in time. This affected players on PS5 Xbox and PC so all platforms were affected yet still no response?
For the affected players I am asking for a response from EA as to why this issue was ignored even though there was multiple posts about the issue and if, how and when will they compensate us? Will we be given the Lewis Skelly card or the Benzema card and all the rewards that came with completing those SBC's and challenges? We missed out due to your refusal to acknowledge a known issue not because any of us made a mistake.
The EA chat advice was to clear system cache, rebuild database, contact your ISP, change DNS settings. EA chat also claimed to make a note of the issue and provide a response but never did. None of these steps solved the issue as proven when simply using a second EA account on the same console and this second account being able to log in to Ultimate team proved it was an EA account issue only.
Can EA guarantee this issue will not happen in the next gauntlet mode when they have failed to acknowledge the issue during this mode? Do we even bother entering the next gauntlet mode knowing it could lock us out of the game until the mode is over again? All we are looking for are some answers, acknowledgment, communication from EA as to their plans to fix this issue and compensate affected players.
Once again I ask the multiple players affected by this issue to like and comment on this post just for EA to hopefully see how we were affected by this issue.
