It’s hopeless
I’ve been complaining for years that I play from Egypt but constantly get matched against opponents from Europe. This matchmaking issue has never been fixed.
At this point, it’s clear EA doesn’t care about players in my region. This will be the last time I spend money on any of your products.
You’ve become the perfect example of a company that happily takes customers’ money while delivering the worst possible service. I’ve submitted numerous tickets through my account, and almost all of them were closed without any actual solution.
The problems go on and on: terrible rewards, awful matchmaking, constant glitches, and rampant cheating on PC that you’ve failed to address. On top of that, you organize tournaments and special events for PlayStation players while completely ignoring Xbox players.
It’s especially frustrating that you have servers in war-zone countries, yet Egypt — which has an ideal central location between three continents and one of the highest numbers of internet users in the region — is forced to play on distant servers.
Since TOTS alone, I’ve spent over 10,000 FC Points and haven’t packed a single worthwhile card above 1 million coins.
I could list many more issues, but it’s pointless. It’s obvious EA simply doesn’t care.
There is an attached photo of my main team with zero tots cards in the starting 11 after spending tons of FC points(more then 10K), the store is robbery
I don’t know how to win a perfect round in gauntlet anymore because I play from Egypt while matchmaking puts me against players from Europe having massive connection advantage, my ping is never below 50 😤😭😩
you didn’t fulfill your promises in the edition promo you failed us and I won’t allow this to happen again by boycotting EA products
EA_Edu I hope the people running the community do something that moves the needle and improve the situation
