Bro, I had the exact same issue. The funniest part? I bought the Ultimate Edition of EA SPORTS FC™ 26, but got banned on my first day playing. They permanently suspended my account. Two days later, customer support finally replied, claiming I violated their User Agreement and Code of Conduct—then unbanned me because the "sanction period had expired." It's completely baffling. If I broke their rules, why lift the ban? Their logic is self-contradictory.
And it ended up wasting 3 to 4 days of my time. I even bought the 7-day early access version of the game, only to get banned for 3 to 4 days. They still insisted they did nothing wrong, yet ended up unbanning me anyway. All I gotta say is—if anyone wants to play this game, be my guest. Peace out.GFYSEA.

He talks like hot air and refuses to admit his own mistakes when he's done something wrong.lol.funny guy :)
