Started training camp evo backed out to the main menu and it canceled

This issue has to be fixed. I lost 60,000 coins on the new glacier creator evolution today because of this. Please ea just give me my full evolution that I paid for there has to be a way to fix this my Messi evolution is stuck on level two because of this.
