Flashback Sophia Wilson… I did not recieve her as a player!

I am incredibly frustrated. I submitted an SBC for a Flashback Sophia Wilson on 22nd January 7:00pm GST. I did not receive the card as I think my game glitched. I do not have the card anywhere in my club. I have reset my game and it is nowhere to be seen. I spent a lot of money, time and effort into this SBC. I have spoken to countless agents on here and no one has helped me. I have asked for my case to be referred to others and it has been closed everytime.

    Sorry to hear this! Did it glitch and you cannot find her in your club at all?? Same happened to me

    Same thing just  happened to me!! Ea please fix that I am waiting for 3 days.

    The same problem with me…. The same day 22 january…. I've had 5 incidents with EA Help and they always tell me the same thing without offering any solution... I think we have no solution for this and EA doesn't even acknowledge the error or report it on their accounts... If this continues, I'm going to request a refund of the money spent, and if I have to take legal action, I will.

    Same thing happened to me, but on January 25th. This is insane, I thought I was the lucky one, but I was not expecting multiple people to have the same issue.

    We’ve looked into your case, and you’re not eligible for any more content. 

    This can happen if you didn’t earn your content in time, or you didn’t meet a reward’s requirements. 

    They won't acknowledge the bug and won't give us the reward that's rightfully ours... because we've all spent money and squads completing the Sophia Wilson SBC... I'm very upset and disappointed with EA... I'm going to quit the game and everything related to EA.
