Honesty cg should have never taken so long to implement this. This change probably took 5 secs. With that said they never should have given an option to refund accidental purchases and if they were gonna implement it it should have been automatic and no one should have needed to contact support i guess they are just either being lazy or want people to determine its not worth it and don't call in about it.
Now people are stuck in limbo on what exactly qualifies. Support says one thing player says another it just adds to player frustration for no reason. The fact is some players will try to take advantage of it. So why cg just couldn't Data mine those affected and issue in game refunds ill never know to many moving parts this way.
