EA WRONG ACCOUNT LINKED

My ea account was linked to m ymobile android game. i got hacked tho, and the hacker switched the email ascociated with my ea account, meaning that their ea account has my swgoh progress. i tried recovering my email but it didnt do anything. i believe their account was banned. i went to ea live chat mukltiple times and they are useless.
