Worse still, the only "solutions" offered are unofficial, posted by forum/random users, and they don’t work for everyone. Just because they’ve helped a few people, CG treats the issue as "resolved." But what about the rest of us still stuck and losing progress?
I’ve already lost a huge amount — I was at level 48 in Episode Track, missed out on Arena progress, and more. And no one is taking responsibility for it.
And seriously, uninstalling Google Play Services? That’s supposed to fix it? Many of us have multiple accounts, and some of us—like me—are dealing with older issues directly related to EA. I’ve had a thread open for months searching for a solution, but there hasn’t been a single clear answer... stuck in an endless EA loop. I’ve been reporting this since last year (though it’s unrelated to the current problem). EA just keeps sending us here, saying “the devs will respond,” but spoiler alert—they never do.
I’ve never seen a game treat its community with this level of neglect and contempt. This is beyond frustrating — it’s a disgrace.
And this is the cherry on top — now I can’t log into any of my 3 accounts at all!
