Riverview & other downloadable content not installing

I have had The Sims 3 since it first came out and have had many Worlds and expansion packs etc. I downloaded the EA app to be able to play it on my Mac instead of Origin. All my downloadable/purchased content isn't installing into the game and I am not able to access any of it. My Island paradise is no longer on the game, as well as my "packs" and worlds such as Riverview, Hidden Springs, monte vista, Roaring Heights, and Lucky Palms. In the EA app it says I have this too but it is not in the actual game and I am not able to install any of it. I just wanted to simply install Riverview  but it won't let me and is glitching out. The EA support chat told me to start a discussion here for help because they did not know currently what was going on.

    I attached some images. Basically I install new worlds, Riverview and Hidden Springs, they say they have been installed, then when I go to play the game they do not show up.

    kalieg2016  Does Island Paradise show as owned and installed under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons?  If not, where and when did you buy it?

    The other "packs" you mention are Sims 3 Store worlds and need to be installed through the Store site.  You can download them from your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or from their product pages.
