Homeschooling instead of making all children/teens go to school

Functioning ice cream tables like the ones in ice cream parlors + I'd actually take any food table like sushi tables, chocolatier tables, etc. But like table tables that my sim can tend and my other sim can order, and we can use to build aesthetic and functioning shops. Like the drinks bar table. Not like those candy machine and cool kitchen ice cream machine...
Slow down the frequency of Sims forgetting each other when friendship changes in neighborhood stories is turned on.
Vehicles my Sims can repair, take care of, can drive around short distance like the bicycles, and with the automotive mechanic as an active career
Spiral staircases
Ability to turn off that green notification when we take a screenshot and like somebody else already said way less fish notifications.
