Bugs and Glitches on PS4 Legacy save file

I'm playing on a legacy save at the moment on PS4. I've had a lot of glitches and none of them seem to be resolved after the sims 4 update. 

Sims will glitch while aging up, either not at all after blowing out the candles or they will age up twice and can miss traits, e.g. from teenager to young adult, will not have 3 traits will be stuck with 2 traits from teenage life stage. I've also had pets become stuck on aging up and will spin around, unable to save the game while this happens as the pet is ageing up and blocks me from being bale to save. 

Sims will walk off the map and get stuck in areas they shouldn't be able to walk, this glitches the whole sim out and becomes unplayable and will often crash after this happens, no options to save and progress has been lost due to this. 

items from packs will disappear after placing them in sims household, when I go back on the build mode it states content is unavailable and I cannot place the object anymore from packs unless I find it on the gallery from another simmer. 

The new natures calling event, I'm unable to collect anything new since the last update, it states i need to connect to the internet to access the rewards I've already unlocked, I recheck my connection to WIFI and it is connected, I'm also able to use the gallery which requires internet access. 

After purchasing Enchanted by nature pack, my sim has had gnomes turn up for various jobs like gardening but I'm unable to move them when they are in the way and my heir sim has a green cloud around his head and constantly is throwing up, even after I disabled the pack settings. 

Sims constantly stuck with burn out and fears, I have to keep buying potions for my sims to overcome their fears as the actions to get rid of the fear don't clear after being completed, e.g. ask sims partner for reassurance after completing this the fear will stay unless I used a potion via satisfaction points. Sims will be a high level in career and get burnt-out moodlets, after taking days off work and working on mental skills it will reappear after a few days and it is nearly impossible for my sims to advance in their careers. 

Sims will return from school or work early randomly and is unable to return to work/school until the next day they are scheduled in, its effecting them being able to advance in careers and school. 

Issues with dragging items e.g. dirty dishes, food to be put in fridge, items in inventory etc., it will glitch with the item on the cursor and will often crash afterwards closing the whole game. 

. infants have had glitches where their body is disproportioned and they are really tall with long arms and legs they are unplayable when they are in this state. 

I've had sims where their face will become completely blacked out on the sims panel and in gameplay, makes it difficult to tell on which sims are who, especially if household is full. 

Loading screen has bene glitched and stuck on the loading screen for over 30 minutes, no writing on the screen just a plumbob. 

Sims have fed infants on the toilet and when they do so they will be glitched on the toilet unable to get up or complete any tasks, I try to go to manage worlds to fix this but it often crashes and all my progress will be lost. 

I've had issues with sims unable to die, they will get to elder stage and their days will be limited and ill get messages saying its their last day and to get their affairs in order, but they will not die. I've tired to kill them on purpose e.g. via enraging a crow or drownings in a pool, the sim will die then be resurrected by the grim reaper or just go into T pose and not die. 

New loading screen, families aren't showing up before selecting play, it will just be blank where they are supposed to be, this will happen especially if I age up a sim or add a pet to the household. 

I have no Mods as I play on PS4, and it is updated, any tips and advice would be deeply appreciated as the sims 4 is a special interest of mine and I used a lot to decompress, with all the bugs and glitches at the moment its unplayable which I'm finding difficult to manage. TIA
