Are you encountering any technical difficulties with logging in?

Hello,

Two days ago I paid for Sims 4 accessories and now I cant download it. Do you guys have the same problems? I see that you can play. Bot said that it is EA problems and they are during fixing. Can somebody explain what the hell is happening? 

  • Igerqu1  The EA App is working for me, so it's not down in general.  Have you tried unchecking the box to "keep me signed in"?  Have you tried a different network?  For example, if your computer has wifi, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network, and connect to that.  I'm not saying you need to download your new Sims 4 DLC using phone data, only that it would be helpful to know whether you can sign into the EA App at all.

  • Igerqu1  Try powercycling your router.

    If that doesn't help, could you try a different network instead?  That's not helpful for a desktop, but you could take a laptop to work/school or a library or coffee shop.

  • Igerqu1  For the slow downloads, try pausing the download and resuming.  Wait about a minute before you resume the download.

    For the error report, I wouldn't worry about it—these are only useful if you're reporting a known error specificially to EA people AND they ask for an error report.

      I tried it bro. I uninstalled even it many times. Not working.
