Can't download the new Lovestruck Pack

I bought both the Love Struck EP and a stuff pack and tried downloading both. Now Love Struck EP has been "downloading" for an hour, the stuff pack is in the queue, and whenever I try to launch the game it says it can't launch until the stuff pack is finished downloading. 

I'm having the same issue and it's now 10:40 AM PDT, I wonder if EA's servers are overloaded a bit right now? I will do something else while I wait for the issue to resolve lol.

Yep, I just had to wait until 10 am Pacific Time. I was in too much of a hurry. It is downloaded and I'm ready to play. Thanks for letting me vent. #majorlifeproblems   Ha ha

My game wont even launch... so I feel you there.

EA are having massive issues are the moment with the sims 4, we all are struggling with all sorts of issues since the update to bring in Lovestruck,  I am on the x box next gen and my cursor keeps disappearing  when I go into simology and I can't bring up the main menu screen to save it so I have to restart which makes me lose my game play.  but that's just me everyone is having all sorts of problems. Thankfully EA are aware of this issue and are trying there best to fix it, not sure when that will be tho, I have added a link where I am getting my updates from. you might need to go forward a few pages as more people post the posts moves on.

The pack isn't out yet, that's why you can't download it. It will be released at 7pm European time, 10 am PDT

same thing happening to me atm

I don't regret it, but this is the first time I have had a problem with a download. I cleared my cache like it suggested and still it can't complete the process. I hope this is just a temporary hold up.
