My sims 4 game just doesn't work
I've been having this problem since the update when through without my permission a few days ago. Every time I start the sims my screen flashes white and black and then the screen goes white and it won't leave the screen unless I restart my computer. I feel like I tried everything I cleared my local cache, uninstalled the game 2 times, moved my mods, removed my old EA file from the game file and restarted my computer but no matter what I've done it just doesn't wanna work, does anyone know of any possible solutions or fixes?

If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
