Sims 4 DLC Missing

So, I had to redownload my game in the EA app after changes were made to my account and it disappeared. I originally played on steam, but now my game won't open unless it is installed through the EA app. Also, I have about 21 DLC that I bought through steam. None of those DLCs show up when I launch the game on the EA app. So, while the EA app does allow me to launch and play the game, I am missing all my DLC. I have tried redownloading on steam and I cannot launch the game at all because EA gives me a message saying that I don't own it. I have already contacted EA help and they sent me to forums. I don't care if I lose my saves, I just want to play with my DLC that I paid for. Does anyone have this problem and is there a solution? Thank you.
