Could you post your save in the corresponding thread below so we know which issue you're seeing please?
- If you get a White screen after loading into world with an R-rental, please use this thread: White Screen when loading world (Patch 1.109.207)

Why are we pretending this is all separate bugs when multiple people on this thread have confirmed that they're all connected and tied to rental lots/file size?
Not necessarily - I have no problem with 800/801 only with the default background
On someone's save, when I checked, the error was with a residential lot and not "for rent"
But you're right, 99% of the bugs are "for rent"Yes, the errors often appear on non-residential rental lots but are frequently connected to the use of other lot types in the save.
And you're right that the error pre-dated For Rent (an early version of this bug appeared in the archived bug thread 10 years ago) but For Rent seemed to trigger and spread the bug in many more users' games. As you said, its use appears to be common denominator in 99% of currently reported instances.
I was able to recreate the bug in a new save. There seems to be more than one factor that affects the bug or makes it worse but it seems to be the For Rent pack that is causing it
