Heirloom Shards or any other Mythic item from a pack.
Hello EA Support Team, I have been playing Apex Legends since the game was first released, and I have opened a very large number of Apex Packs over the years. I have also purchased additional packs separately. To the best of my knowledge, I have now opened more than 500 Apex Packs, but I have never received Heirloom Shards or any other Mythic item from a pack. I understand that Heirloom Shards are guaranteed after opening 500 eligible Apex Packs without receiving them. Could you please review my account and confirm whether my Apex Pack counter is working correctly and how many eligible packs I have opened? Why I when i change character, this time to Revenant, suddenly boom I'm getting 14 kills a game, 3k badge in first game, 70pts short of 4k badge in second. Consistently high damage high kill games. Then boom. Suddenly can't get any kills... And interesting observation, in the subsequent games, enemies would STOP SHOOTING at the player they are aiming at and suddenly start shooting me. Every time I landed. I was 5 kills within a couple minutes and none for the next 10 because all players would randomly start shooting me and stop shooting whoever they were aiming at who were short-close distance to them. Really weird patterns of gameplay, repeatable.
Worst. Season. Ever.
In all the years I've been playing, I've never come across more cheaters, horrible matchmaking, and dumb bots. Who's brilliant idea was it to change/eliminate the weapons arsenals? I'm assuming the same person who ruined the energy weapons. Pathetic. Seriously, somebody should get fired for this unplayable mess.Rage quitters
When playing trios, I hate when a teammate goes down and instantly leaves the game. In my opinion, they should not be allowed to start another game until their team is eliminated. Make them wait. Rage quitters are ruining the gaming experience and there is no punishment for doing it. But if they had to wait to start a new game they may stick around and wait to be respawned instead of quitting and instantly jumping into a new match.Ban on my Apex account when inactive
Upon finally getting my psn account linked to my current Email after many hours of working with EA live chat help, I found that my Apex account has a ban on it for cheating. Mind you I haven’t played Apex in just under a year and it says that on June 30 of 2026 this year I was banned for “breaking the rules against gaming enhancements.” Last October in 2025 I had to sell my PS5 because i was financially struggling. So idk where in the middle of all that I got a ban for cheating when i wasn’t playing. I downloaded my account history for Apex and I found my account being used by another person. Somewhere in the state of Michigan in a town of Waterford. Another name was found, that was not my name. I could also see the history of this person somehow changing the email to his. EA tells us we can dispute a case but when i dispute with the evidence and I can show transaction history they send me the same automated response that my ban was correct. When i can clearly show the transaction dates and my last transaction date. Anything in 2026 would have been all under the hacker. I can even provide the account change log when it was taken over by someone with the email of ([edit: email address removed]) With the name of Manal Fekry. I dont know what else proof i need to show that this was not me, anytime i ask what else i need to provide they send me to the same form and dispute page. I play on PlayStation not PC. I did cross play for a little in 2024 but mainly play PlayStation because i couldn’t compete against PC players.
Balance changes suggestions
Revenant: Integrate agile assassin into base kit at a reduced rate (~%30-%40). Integrate double marked time. as well as 30s ult cooldown reduction. Assassin instinct changed to (Marked For Death): 50 flesh and below are marked. Ballistic passive: SMGs and pistols carry more ammo per mag. Move faster while holding a pistol or SMG. Catalyst: Literally integrate all perks into her base kit (And she wouldnt be as good still lol).The absolute pathetic state of Revenant.
Quick question, what was the motivation behind revs rework? what audience were they aiming at? Hes not a tank, Not a movement legend, Not a recon, Not an assassin. What is he? Its like you put a bunch of random food in a blender expecting something good to come out...Not only that but even his pick rate is worse than ever. Hes not even in the top 21 picked legends, Mirage is being picked more than him lmao: His passive is very useless, His crouch speed is a very toned down version of Axles, She can move while crouched a lot faster (thx to her passive and tac) and has way smaller hitbox. His climbing buffs arent even remotely good either. Basically horizon, Valk, Octane, Loba, Vantage and even alter can all do it way more quickly and not to mention that rev is very easy to hit when hes climbing and has a very big hitbox to top it off. His tac is bad beyond recognition. Lets take Loba as an example. She can throw her bracelet and teleport a lot more quickly, doesnt need to be charged. Has two charges. Can go through windows and narrow openings. And most importantly she can do it in an instant unlike rev when, Even after charging it forever. He can be very easily shot down again thanks to his massive hitbox. Now I know what your thinking : But Pathy also has a massive hitbox. Yes he does. But he is way more swift than rev could ever be. Path has two tac charges. And his ult make it so he can move freely and quickly between POIs. I just dont understand why they gave him such a tall hitbox and a very massive torso to make it worse. Like it just doesnt make any sense at all. Logic wise no assassin would be designed with a giant torso. And game wise. If he had that because he can move (barley) then why would they give horizon, Axle and wraith a very small hitbox even though they all have much better movement and repositioning abilities? Do I need to mention his ult? Literally the worst and least creative ability in the whole game. It can be shredded in just less than half a second and the bubble itself is impossible to miss. This is outrageous. Just revert him back brother. he used to suck but he was fun, Now he sucks a lot more and is no fun at all.Apex is perfect
No, im being serious rlly, If you think apex is messed up, Go play other games, You wont. They arent games to begin with. Cod? <removed>. BF? <removed> (except for bf1 and v but these are very old). Even if apex is messed up. Its still wayyyyyy up there. like honestly have you tried the rest??? I just cant bro. Like fortnite is just so very childish. COD feels very cheap. In order to master a weapon, you must complete 5 challenges and reach Level 100 for that particular weapon. Shotguns, SMGs, Assault Riffles, Marksman, Snipers, LMGs, and Pistols all resemble close to the same amount of kills needed to complete each weapons challenges. However, because the Kraber is a care package weapon that doesn't show up until later in the game (and not always a guarantee it will show up), the kill amount is halved compared to the other snipers. Furthermore, after the removal of mythic bins, the odds of finding a Kraber are now even less than before. For the last 2 seasons, I've made it a priority to pickup the Kraber in every match (Ranked, Wildcard, Mixtape, & Bot Mode), and I've only leveled up the Kraber maybe 10 levels. Please, lower the Kraber to level 50 for completion. Even in BOT Mode, where you can rack up the most XP for the Kraber, 5 or 6 kills barely gets you near 1000 XP. Each weapon level is 5000 XP in order to upgrade. The fact that mythic bin was removed from the game, and care packages not being a Kraber guarantee, makes this Kraber level 100 task near impossible.
