Negative Apex Coin
I'd like to know how to resolve this... I tried to get a refund a while ago for a purchase my daughter made (she sometimes plays on my Apex account). The thing is, I tried to get the refund. But it was denied, then the bank tried it again because it seemed strange. And after they did, my Apex coins went into negative. I want to buy the Battle Pass and I can't. I try to buy another game and I can't either. I can't buy anything in the EA store. If they tell me I have to pay the Apex coins, I'll do it. But I need to have Apex coins to continue buying items.
Matchmaking times EU
Hi, Since about a month (maybe two), Apex Pubs matchmaking takes about 5 minutes. I basically only play with the same 100 or so players. I am not complaining about the difficulty or anything. It's just annoying when you hot drop, die, then have to wait 5 minutes for the next game. According to steamdb there should be about 40000 to 60000 players online at the time I am playing 21:00 - 01:00 MET. It should be possible to match more than two lobbies. I also tried the East US server, it's just as slow but with a worse ping. Were there any changes to matchmaking lately? I could only find info about ranked changes, I don't like the new ranked mode with the different drops. It's super boring. I also couldn't really find others complaining about this, it's mostly stuff like "why am I getting matched with Masters?". Like I said, I don't care about that though. So, is it just me or do others have the same issue?Ranked Improvements / ALGS
After the Ranked Reset the ranked distribution looks almost unchanged. Except for the highest tiers. Ranked Distribution So, what's the purpose of a split? I got demoted to Plat 4 from Plat 3. What?!?! Ranked needs help from the top down. Top players are grinding for what? I like the cosmetic items and all for lower tiers. But Predators need something to "boast" about. Higher tier players are the ones streaming and making a living off of being an "Apex Content Creator". They need something for their viewers to get "hype" about. I just finished watching Apex on Twitch and the content creators don't have a lot to be hype about and that sentiment is passed to their viewers, which is bad for "marketing". I mentioned in previous posts that these players need better rewards, not just for them, for the hype it creates. A one-of-a-kind mythic gun skin for the #1 player. Now Unc will sit down and watch the young people play their best for that or whatever else. But Unc isn't going to watch you play around with your ALGS squad until 5pm scrims. I do watch scrims, mainly NiceWigg. But I would watch high tier Ranked play, if it were a thing. Right now, it's not. Basically, Ranked needs to "hang from a trophy" (mythic gun skin or something). With a better reward system and direction Ranked splits might become an outdated mechanic. Additionally, an end of season Apex Legends Predator Tournament would create a lot of hype and give spectators something additional to watch. Right now, Apex experiences the highest viewership for comp. I think there's room to expand on that. Ranked is a bridge to the ALGS, whether that's accepted or not. Every pro player has grinded Ranked. The notion that there should be a "large" gap between Ranked and comp doesn't make sense to me. The current Ranked system is great because if provides some structure for the whole competitive ecosystem. That's why I was advocating for the "Stay with Team" feature, because that completes the new Ranked setup. As a spectator I want to be able to watch the ALGS and when it goes off be able to play Apex and experience what I just enjoyed watching. This is the case with ALL sports. When I was growing up everybody wanted to be like Jordan, because of what we had seen in the NBA. This applies to Apex too, from an esports perspective. I'm sure there's plenty of young players who want to be the next ImperialHal. The current Ranked changes assist with starting that process. I've been watching since the beginning, EXP Invitational 2019 . I've watched all of those kids become professionals within this community. Apex gained a competitive following out the gate. We can't downplay that. I'm trying to help you all understand the "big picture", not individual preferences. There are too many "individual preferences" to try and cater to, so the devs/community needs to find a "happy medium" that makes sense for competitive Apex. Because Apex is an Esport. I hope the competitive ecosystem continues to evolve. I hope the devs find a happy medium with the esport orgs, especially in regard to having some in-game cosmetics (again). I cannot play a game of ranked trios, it says it is locked. When I scroll over the Ranked Trio's tab to engage it, it says Queue is closed. A new ranked period will begin shortly. But there's no further explanation. I have never seen this before. All I do is play this game, and it makes me very angry that I cannot play. I hope you get this garbage figured out soon and quit messing around with my time.Wildcards - new trend: leaving
Wildcards is a fun mode, ok, but it isn´t fun if a Squad Member leave the game cause he had a bad start, didn´t get as many kills / dmg as he wants and so on because WC is a Team Game u need the Members to come back if u got down... And now I had 5 Games in a Row where a Member leave the game after a few min. So perhaps a 5 min penalty would stop those leaver from destroying the game for the rest of the Squad?Let's Get REAL - Farlight 84???
First of all, I'm not trying to get banned. I haven't read TOS, never do. Devs??? What is this??? What are we doing??? They stole your game. Or maybe y'all own this game too. What the heck is going on right now? Maybe I'm tripping. I saw this game a while ago. It's only on PC and Mobile. I'm personally not interested in the game, currently. If this game releases on console that can be a problem for you all. Are you ok with that? If that's not your game, then you better be suing. What are we doing? Farlight 84 is a combination of Valorant and Apex, obviously. This game doesn't have an actual Wikipedia page. Nor the company that owns it, Lilith Games. The big elephant in the room is that gaming studios overseas are leading the pack, e.g. Marvel Rivals. There's seems to be an "intellectual property" issue at stake here. Right now, Americans are acting like the "smartest - stupidest" humans on the planet across the board. We can't even operate video games correctly, and they're obviously watching. If the "Stay with Team" feature isn't included with the update tomorrow, I'm going to be so disappointed with this studio. At this point, it will be pure negligence. Give these kids and young people the game they deserve and bring Apex up to par with Fortnite and Warzone immediately. I hate to type this but if the playing field doesn't even out throughout every game mode, especially Ranked, for solo queuers, then what's the true motive behind "matchmaking"? It's no way possible Respawn can make entire Star Wars games, but you all can't enhance social features in Apex. The current requeue feature needs to be revamped "immediately" to display Stay with Team, Requeue (the same button for premade teams and solo queuers), and Back to Lobby. Keep the same UI component and expand the frame. Or surprise us with a total revamp of player engagement tools. Rocket League has great player engagement tools. We're letting a soccar game do better than Apex. That's ludicrous. Y'all are tripping so hard right now. It's been 6.5 years. Worst case scenario is to disable the current requeue button immediately to allow players to see "game invites" faster, like before. The current requeue button only benefits premade teams and solo queuers, not players who want to stay together in real time. Just add two more buttons!!! It can't be that hard. I feel like I'm about to have a heart attack typing this. I'm beyond ticked off about this and I've waited. I posted about this over 3 years ago previously. I'm so dumbfounded about this. :-( Please surprise us tomorrow so I can shut up. Do your jobs!!!
Respawn forgot about controler class?
Respawn developers forgot totally about their controller legends and focused only on legends with quick movement speed just so couple streamers can get some clips of them, the only usable controllers now are caustic(should be nerfed) and wattson rest of them fall of by a mile, hire new community menager that actually gets player feedback and not only feedback of crybabies that want new meta legends instead of balanced game overall, catalyst is rarely being used and so is rampart , for gods sake please add new controller or make them usable without making them meta. i dont really know who is responsible for feedback from players but that person gotta go i mean how hard is it to play game 1-5 times and check if some legends dont fall off? i played since game released and a fair balancing almost never took place.Random

A while ago I stopped playing apex and came back to find that my account has been hacked after many cases made they fixed the issue but when I got on I was banned for hacking on a pc?!? I don't own a pc I own a switch and xbox no matter how many times I try to explain to them in my appeals even to the point where I'm offering case id's as proof of me being hacks it keeps getting declined I just wanna play my game I had so much progress I even had an heirloom but all that time has gone to waste.

I played and my ps5 account got locked and I tryed to just link it to pc and it unlinked my ps5 account and on ps5 I had all my progress after that happened I lost all my stuff all my heirlooms everything and I had to relink my account and after that happened it all gone and I want my stuff back so I need a way I can get all my stuff back please
