Account perma Ban
Hallo zusammen, gestern Abend wollte ich mich mit meinem Account in Apex einloggen. Habe darauf festgestellt, dass ich permanent gebannt wurde. Der Grund: Steam ID—>[REMOVED ID]. Der Name verstößt gegen die Community Richtlinien, da er laut ea den Konsum von Alkohol und Drogen verharmlost. Ich habe darauf meinen Namen sofort geändert und im ea help Center eine Mail an ea geschickt, in der ich mich erklärt habe, diese wurde nur mit „ihr Vorfall wurde sachgemäß von unseren Mitarbeitern bearbeitet“ beantwortet. Ich bin mir meines Fehlers durchaus bewusst, weshalb ich die Strafe an sich nachvollziehen kann. Dennoch ein permanenter Bann?? Ist das nicht etwas sehr übertrieben. Ich hatte den Namen schon über ein halbes Jahr, es gab keine Warnung oder Hinweise nichts. Zudem sehe ich täglich Spieler mit weit aus schlimmeren Namen oder Referenzen. Ich spiele Apex auf dem einzigen Account seit fast 5 Jahren aktiv, habe hunderte Euros ausgegeben und jetzt alles weg?! Ich bin etwas verzweifelt, an wen kann ich mich noch wenden, gibt es einen telefonischen Kundenservice. Da mir die e-mail Adresse nur immer die selbe Antwort gibt. Ich würde mich sehr für Rückmeldung freuen. MFG In english: Hello everyone, Last night I tried to log into my account in Apex and found out that I’ve been permanently banned. The reason: Steam ID -> [REMOVED ID]. According to EA, the name violates the community guidelines as it allegedly trivializes the consumption of alcohol and drugs. I immediately changed my name and sent an email to EA via the EA Help Center, explaining my situation. The response I received was simply, "Your incident has been properly reviewed by our staff." I fully understand my mistake, which is why I can accept the penalty. However, a permanent ban? Isn’t that a bit too extreme? I’ve had the name for over six months, and there were no warnings or indications whatsoever. Furthermore, I see players with far worse names or references every day. I’ve been playing Apex on this one account for almost 5 years, have spent hundreds of euros, and now it’s all gone?! I’m feeling a bit desperate. Who else can I contact? Is there a phone customer service? The email address keeps giving me the same response. I would really appreciate any feedback. Hello my friend is getting banned for the 4th time
So I introduced my fried to Apex a few weeks ago and we started playing a lot, he got his account to around level 55 and his account got banned, EA says he is cheating but I'm sure he isn't. He uses a voice mod but I don't think that counts as cheating. After that he has made 3 separate accounts and is still getting banned after playing for 7~10 hours or so. Apex Legends account was banned due to section 13(B) and which states I was banned due to EA thinking I live outside of the USA, during the time of my ban I was working which we use VPNS and proxies for a servers, which puts my IP address in another country which may have caused the wrongful ban. Due to my crazy work schedule I have not had the time to resolve this issue. Account hacked and banned by cheater
I've had my origin account since Battlefield 3 and played apex since preseason. However I haven't been playing it for the past 1 or 1 and a half years properly and only play it once in awhile. Last week I decided to open the game again and to my surprise, it says I have to login again which was never the case (I use steam). I logged into my EA account and it says I'm banned even though I haven't played the game recently at all? So my suspicion is that I was hacked and banned by a cheater as I had my email hacked recently as well. I have over a thousand hours and am around level 600 in game with skins. I've tried contacting EA support and the just said then can't let me know any details besides I'm banned. Around November 30, 2023 I was practicing hard at the shooting range in APEX, and suddenly a ban message popped up. I couldn't believe this happened! From 2023 to now, I have tried countless ways to contact you, but you just mechanically told me that my account was cheated. May I ask, an account with 2,000 hours and thousands of dollars invested, what reason does he have to use a cheat to play this game? I checked my data and found no reason. This ban is wrong. So yesterday I had a game with [REMOVED] as my teammate, he called me a * and laughed at me. This is without question abusive behaviour. For some reason it was directed towards me without any doubt. So I reported him for "Inappropriate chat". I do this daily, and I always get the response; "We didn't take ANY action". Today I received the outcome of my report. スプリット２中にランク帯が突然下げられる
ランクを最後にプレイした1月8日にランク帯がダイヤ4に上がって終わりましたが、以降ランクをプレイしていないにも関わらず、1月10日の1時20分頃に開いた時にランク帯がプラチナ3になっておりました。 明らかにおかしいので、直前のリザルトを見るボタンを押したらポイント551をもらってダイヤ4に上がっていることになっています。 フレンドに言われて射撃訓練場にいってロビーに戻ってみたりもしましたが直りませんでした。 リザルトを見るまですべて動画に収めているのでそちらも送れます。 至急ログ等調査してランク帯を戻していただきたいです。Solved427Views0likes1Comment

how heirloom refund still not a thing?
I bought 2 mythics for 150 heirloom shards in black friday and I am not happy with what I got. I also didn't know the Claw will be available for shards after the event is gone... Now I just want to refund both of my heirlooms for the claw but it seems like... its impossible. Tap strife got nerfed to the ground. I guess it's time to leave the game.
After a huge decline in players through the whole 2024. now they decide to nerf tap strafe into oblivion and drive away even more players. If it wasn't hard enough for mnk players they decided to put the final nail in the coffin and remove the only thing we had, the only thing that was still fun in this game. I understand the need to end scripts and abusers, but this is a huge nerf to all of us who used tap strafe in a normal way.
