Apex Legends - South Africa Server
Good day, Does anyone know what the process or possibilities are to start an Apex server in South Africa? What are the criteria for such a request, We have a whole community in SA that is online and this will increase the userbase as we need to play on a 200-350 ms ping constantly.just died to 3 pack aimbotting in bots
One dudes name was literally Hackitshipit...they stayed on the corner of the map and just beamed across the entire match, we ran into them twice and of course they won at the end. 3 pack of them all cheating in bot royale! You guys have absolutely not fixed the cheating problem, it does jack when you catch someone and let them just go and create a new account in 2 minutes. Just looking up cheating on youtube and theres tons of accounts blatently cheating. You have SO much work to do on thisBallistics weapon are the best thing ever, just add a penalty to them.
Hemlock is great, ballistic weapon concept is the best. Just add a penalty to using these weapons. 1- If you use the current hemlock, you can only use the hemlock, single weapon lock. Keeping the weapon the same is great 2- Make a ballistic crate, 2 crates or 3 create per map, will always be on the map from zone one. 3- the weapon are great, the change the META, they bring change to the game and they are fun. Just at a penalty to them so the player needs to balance the decision to use them. The current hemlock can stay, just make the hemlock and single weapon lock. so you can only use the hemlock which is great.Ranked is unplayable
The state of this game more specifically ranked is actually so trash, every other game it feels like I’m not getting a full squad or I’m dealing with smurfs. It’s so annoying and frustrating. my reactive skins does not work these are the ones( lightning bug for volt and the r99 mystic coil) the only ones i have. when i enter a match and killl someone with the skins it does not evolve i have tried restarting still does not work tried puting a new skin on and put the reactive back and still no evolving after i get a kill. but it only works in firing range no help! i tried to ask what was going on to streamers and they said that they dont have any problem and they dont know so i need help! tyRanked resets...
Don't help the competitiveness of the game if I only reset 2 tiers in plat, but masters/diamonds reset to plat 1-2. The first and last week's are unplayable and quick play is unwinnable with the non-existent mm. At least de-rank me down to silver to get the same feeling as they do stomping my ranked games.
Sudden Ban After Few Rounds of Bot Mode
I am so frustrated. I play this game since first week of the release. A total of more than 3500 hours for all my accoutns combine. This season the bot mode was evoluted and can make gun mastering progression so my main account, which has 6 heirlooms, 1 prestige skin, numerous discontinued and never came back skins, 6000 AC unspent, 150 heirloom shards unspent, 60 green coins unspent, more than 1500 dollars charged, had been playing bot mode for this season all the time. The season stats are all 0 0 0. Yesterday after played 4 rounds of bot mode for gun master progession, I got banned. Not during the game, but 20 minutes after I closed the game (I checked EA data). If I used third party cheating tools, charged money using other's credit card, used DMA and some other hardware, I had nothing to complain. There is zero reason and logic to use any "Gameplay Enhencement" to risk my main account if I betrayed myself in the end and become a goddamn hacker. The funnies thing is, because of the Gundam event, I really love Char Aznable skin for sparrow, so I decided every single one of my other accounts must have it. So for the first time, all my other accounts had all been played for at least one day (many of them were played 3 - 4 days) in the last 10 days, and none of them was also banned for using "Gameplay Enhencement", and guess how many are my other accounts? ELEVEN. The only difference by the style of playing is that my main account only plays Bot mode, and others play wildcard and rank. All were played on the same PC, same devices, same person, same skill level, same span of time. I appealed within minutes of finding my account was banned and no reply from the ToS team so far and I am feeling constant anxiety for the past 2 days. If my main account was banned for Gameplay Enhencement, how come all other 11 are safe and sound, there is no chance my PC ever installed any malicious apps to make EAC flags it, otherwise all my accounts would all be banned. The only reason I could possibly think of is I farmed too many bots. Those bots can seckill you and that day was the only day for the past 30 days that each round of the game I won and killed around 20 bots per game without getting killed by bots and exit the game the second I got downed. Is farming too many bots considered cheating nowadays? Any thoughts? I am so desperate and helpless
To the death of the Re-45
To whomever spat out the words or wrote the following - "Moving back to its light version only muddies the design space around the R-99, Alternator, and the rest of the light weapons." You are a very uneducated individual, and clearly have lost complete touch with this game, its player base, and I'll go as far as to say, your level of intelligence and lack there of when it comes to understanding business models is severely lacking. How stupid do you think we are!? I've been playing since season 0 - please explain to me in a coherent response after 6 years of the OG Re-45 standing along side it's counterparts, that only now, one of you brain rot infected Dev's actually tries to use this bulls**t excuse "it now muddies the design space." What a complete bunch of garbage, and complete bulls**t excuse. That fact that the following is lost on you speaks volume and that you are too young, or incapable of using your brain and need more life experiences when making decisions that effect the wallets of your player base. I have done a portion of the math on my hard earned money spent on Re-45 skins since the first one was added to the shop years ago. I have only spent money on LL skins and Re-45 skins. I have calculated upwards to almost $1000 dollars spent only on the Re-45 - probably more if I was to sit down and do the math to a science. As well all know and so should YOU - Nobody spends money on weapon skins for weapons they do not use or like! This is COMMON SENSE - why do you not have it, I'm assuming you are adults correct? So $1000 dollars or more spent on a weapon that has been in the game for over 6 years, knowing dam well many many users purchased skins for it - and you go and change it, and not slightly like changing the recoil, or damage output, or spray pattern et cetera.... no you changed it into a completely different gun in every single aspect and one that only a small percentage of players will be able to use, and be affective with it (ramp up, burst) - it takes a lot of time and training and skill to be really good with ramp up weapons; average casual players, mostly aren't very affective with them. So for me personally, I don't like the new completely different version of the weapon, I will not use it now and all that hard earned money spent on my absolute favorite weapon, are now completely useless! I wasted that money on a weapon I assumed would stay - I mean, why else would you sell skins for it otherwise? The only thing you have taught me is that you are crooks, and to never, I mean NEVER again, spend my money on any skins you make and add to your cosmetic store, because you have proven that at any given time you can make decision; brain dead decisions to screw over the ones that did spend money. You all make me sick! I'm done with Apex Legends. You Respawn are without a doubt, the most incompetent, crooked and cringe worthy gaming company in the industry. I urge every player to realize that spending your hard earned money on Legend skins and especially weapon skins is a huge risk while this dev team is making decisions that effect your money spent. I only hope others do not end up in the same boat down the road.Please stop VPN use like Valorant does
Please do something about VPN abuse, I'm tired when cheaters from another area join my servers. The cheating situation in this game is insane. If you ban someone they just make a new account and join again. People hide behind so much to cheat, at least try to take ban tactics awayKilled a Pro → Instant Ban Next Game (HWID?)
I am a PC player from Taiwan. On March 11th, my account was suddenly banned while I was in a match. At the time, I believed it was a mistake and continued submitting appeals, hoping to receive a proper manual review. After that account was banned, I continued playing on my other personal accounts using the exact same setup and environment. I was able to climb from 16,000 KP to 28,000 KP without any issues, and none of those accounts were flagged or banned during that time. However, on March 24th, during a livestream, I eliminated a professional player from China, “Kongbai” from RT team. Immediately after that, my account was banned in the very next match. I have since confirmed that this player did report me through a channel that is not available to regular players. Because of this, I have strong reason to believe that this ban was not purely an automated system decision, but may have been influenced by a manual report. Additionally, after this incident, multiple accounts I used on the same device were also banned. This leads me to suspect that my system may have been hardware banned (possibly an HWID ban affecting my motherboard or system). I want to emphasize: I have over 10,000 hours of playtime in Apex Legends, and I have always played legitimately without using any cheats or exploits. All of my gameplay was streamed live, and I have full VOD recordings that clearly prove I was not using any cheats, hacks, or unfair tools. The only external program I have ever used is a simple crosshair overlay, which does not interact with the game or provide any unfair advantage. As for my setup, I strictly play on controller: G7 Pro 8K ZD Ultimate Legend I do NOT use XIM, adapters, scripts, or any kind of cheating device. I have already submitted nearly 10 appeals, and every single one was rejected with the same automated response. I have now reached the maximum number of appeals allowed and have no remaining way to request further review. I am fully willing to cooperate with any kind of manual investigation, including providing full gameplay recordings, input proof, or even hardware checks. I simply want the truth to be verified. At this point, I have no other option but to speak out through the community. If anyone from EA or the community has any advice, or knows of another way to escalate this issue, I would sincerely appreciate your help.Apex legends cross progression
So I spent a lot of money on my apex account on my ps5 and now I’m on pc I linked both of my account already and still haven’t gotten no message or anything it’s really frustrating because I’ve spent so much money so when I load in on pc I have nothing I’m back to level 1 can someone help me get my stuff on pc
Account banned after hackers took my account and cheated on my account
My email account was recently compromised, which allowed someone to access my EA account and change several of my login details. While they had control of the account, they appear to have used cheats or hacking software in-game, which resulted in the ban. This activity was not carried out by me. I had not played on the account for a few years and only recently returned, which is when I discovered the issue. records should also show that I recently recovered access to my account after it was compromised. The timing of the account changes and ban also matches when my email was hacked. I have evidence of when my email was compromised and recovered can someone help me out because im dying to play apex but i cant because im being punished for someone elses **bleep**. and its not fair i have also submited an appeal with the required proof and they did not approve my appeal. they denied me. i need a person to review my appeal so that i can give more information if needed. i have all the proof but it seams like im not being heard.Audio
Nicely done Respawn. I don't hear anything, literally nothing. No gunfights, no steps, even my weapons. Honestly wtf are you doing with the audio. Every single update you just simply ruin it. Fix bruh it's been years, almost a decade!!!! And your audio is worse than a Nintendo DS. Like who TF you guys putting in your studios working on the audio? Deaf people???? This split is just terrible, absolutely a joke. Played 2 ranked and no footsteps, no shooting sound, like wtf???

I am utterly disappointed with EA. As the title says, this is my second ban. The last ban was in April 2025, for cheating. At that time, I had 3500 hours of playtime. My appeal was rejected, but my account was automatically unbanned three days later without any apology or compensation. Now, on October 27, 2025, I was banned again, this time with 3900 hours of playtime. This time, the reason for the ban is game enhancements, claiming I violated the User Agreement. My appeal was again rejected; the EA team insists I violated the User Agreement. I'm speechless. From Season 9 in 2021 to Season 26 in 2025, I spent a total of 4,000 hours and approximately $7,500 in Apex Legends. But it's time to say goodbye. Apex Legends is a great game, but the management team and review process behind it are extremely irresponsible. I just hope that no other Apex Legends player like me will experience such unfair treatment.Dealing With "1 Player" In Queue After Being Unbanned
Hello everyone, I’ve been trying for over two months now, sending multiple emails and support tickets, to get unbanned. My account was hacked, and the hacker did something that caused me to get banned in Apex Legends. With my first unban request, I was actually unbanned and able to log back into Apex Legends on my PlayStation 5. However, now I seem to be under some sort of “shadowban”: the matchmaking queue is stuck permanently at “1.” I can’t enter the Firing Range, play Ranked, or access any other modes. I’ve already changed my email address three times, but nothing has changed. Support doesn’t respond at all—even though I’ve invested a lot of money in Apex Legends. I don’t get any replies by email, and my unban requests aren’t being processed. When I contact live support, they just tell me to submit another request—but how can I, if nobody responds? Unbanned After “Gameplay Enhancement” Ban (No Explanation)
Hello, I wanted to share an update on my ban in case it helps others in similar situation. My account has been unbanned and there is no longer a penalty on it. I did not recieve any notification, I found out when I checked my penalty history today. My Apex account was permanently banned on 20th Feb 2026 with the reason "Gameplay Enhancement." I submitted multiple appeals, all of them were denied with the standard response that the sanction was correctly applied. After first couple appeals I made a post here in the forums get some answers, rant, and find similar cases and there are a lot of them indeed. My first post: Account-banned-for-competitive-advantage My rant: Actual-reason-for-gameplay-enhancement-ban-wave My last post: 10th-appeal-denied--dissappointed After my 10th appeal, I had no option left to contact TOS team, I did submit multiple forms but I got no response. I still don't know what caused the ban. However here are some points to consider before you lose all hope. - All Appeals being denied does not always mean the case is final (so don't be dissappointed) - Some bans may be reviewed later or reversed without communication (if you didn't cheat) If you are in a similar situation, please document your case. Download your Apex account data from EA's website. In your appeals ask for the actual detailed reason for the ban - if you still get your appeal denied then don't spam, allow the team to look into the issue. NOTE: DO NOT GET A REFUND ON YOUR PURCHASES IT WILL VIOLATE TOS AND YOUR ACCOUNT IS COOKED Also, before I got unbanned, someone I know on reddit also got their ban removed without any notification as well and earlier multiple streamers got their bans revoked for the same gameplay enhancement ban. I hope TOS shares an update on this matter asap as so many people are dealing with the same situation. ** I didn't not get in touch with any EA dev or anyone internally.
