Why don't I have my next heirloom?
I have been playing since s10 and gotten 3 heirlooms, I believe my last was when catalyst came out, and since then I was still on Xbox, I cross progressioned over to PC and forced myself to learn how to play on here, since then I have been playing almost every season straight and have NOT gotten an heirloom. I currently own path, wattson, octane. I came very close to the karambit in the event but never got it, I also have 2 warnings/sanctions on my account cuz I have been banned over names since SOME people are to soft to handle a cuss word.... Hello, I am writing again because my Apex Legends account was permanently banned without any clear explanation or evidence. Since then, I have submitted multiple support tickets and appeals, but every single response I received was an automated message stating that my case is closed and will not be reviewed further. This process has been extremely frustrating, as none of my questions or requests for evidence have been addressed by a real person. All my tickets are automatically closed without any proper investigation or communication. I have spent over $1,500 USD on this account and invested countless hours of my time and effort into playing and enjoying the game. Losing all of that without any chance to understand what happened or defend myself has been not only financially damaging but also emotionally distressing. This situation has negatively impacted my motivation and mental well-being. I am sincerely asking if any member of the support team or a developer can help escalate my case for an actual manual review. I am fully willing to provide any information necessary, including system logs, account history, or other data to prove my innocence. Please understand that I am not trying to cause any issues, but I just want a fair chance to clarify this situation. Automated replies alone do not resolve my concerns. Hi EA Support and Apex Legends Team, I’m writing this forum post to respectfully request a review of my recent account ban, which I received around June 28, 2025. According to the official data I downloaded from the EA Data Request Portal (Request-2632794), the last time I played Apex Legends was June 21, 2025, and during that session, I only entered Firing Range or bot matches with a friend I’ve known since 2021. I did not use cheats, exploits, or gain any competitive advantage. Here is what your logs show: Session timestamps on June 21 (UTC), all from the same IP ([Snip]): 13:35:46 – 13:46:34 13:42:05 – 13:53:34 13:51:43 – 13:56:45 13:53:26 – 14:32:53 14:29:07 – 14:34:14 (Source: Request-2632794-ApexLegends.json) These match my activity: just Firing Range practice with a friend. We did not join any ranked or public matchmaking lobbies. After June 21, there are no further sessions on my account, which makes the ban between June 22–28 extremely confusing. I had no gameplay activity in that period. Context and Appeal: I’ve played Apex Legends for years and spent a meaningful amount of money on the game. As someone who doesn’t have many friends in real life, Apex has been a major emotional outlet. Playing casually with my friend is one of the few things that brings me joy. This ban—especially after only practicing in non-competitive modes—has been emotionally distressing. I feel like I’m being punished for something I didn’t do. I have no idea what happened on the day I was banned because I was not online at all. I appealed multiple times but they all thought I had a problem. I played this game for over 300 hours and had no idea what happened. Plus, I am a Chinese player and need to use an accelerator to play Apex. If that's the reason, it's a bit crude to simply think that I had cheats? I spent hundreds of dollars on my PS4 Account for Apex Legends, and during the brief time I stopped playing, I missed out on the account merge. I don't know how any of the stuff behind the scenes works, but it would be great if I, and I am sure many other people, could have the ability to do that again. I’m reaching out to respectfully ask for a second review of my Apex Legends account, which was permanently banned in April 2024 due to inappropriate language in in-game chat.Over time, I had received three prior suspensions for similar reasons. Unfortunately, during the fourth incident, I lost my temper again and wrote something inappropriate in the heat of the moment, which led to the permanent ban. I deeply regret this, as I am not usually the type to get angry, but my teammates in the match were provoking me, and I reacted poorly without thinking.Since then, I’ve taken full responsibility for my actions. Good afternoon, I recently got banned for saying something wrong in game chat. It was my second time getting my account suspended and this time was permanent. I am creating this post to get an opinion on my previous suspension. This suspension resulted from my best friend reporting me as a joke for something I called him in game chat as a joke. I have been attempting to contact EA in hopes of appealing that suspension and possibly getting it removed from my record, so that my current suspension will not have the grounds to be permanent. In EA’s ToS they talk about how a permanent ban can be issued if the event is found to be “severe” or [continuous]. I know for a fact that what I said recently does not fall under the “severe” category because my friend said the exact same thing in the same match and only for a seven day suspension. I got my friend to send me messages about my previous ban, stating he did reported me as a joke and that he didn’t take offense to anything I said. I have had no hopes thus far. A direct quote from EAs terms of service positive play charter states: “We know that sometimes trash talk and friendly banter can be part of the game, and we’re not trying to stop that. But hate speech, personal attacks, threats, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated.” According to this, there is a clear difference between friendly banter and hate speech, and EA claims to not be attempting to limit friendly banter. If both parties agree that what was said were complete jokes and “friendly banter” there shouldn’t be grounds for suspension or punishment. I have been a positive member of this community for years and what I say to my close friends should not get me punished in the game I love. While I acknowledge that what I said to a random teammate recently was offensive and wrong, I should not be banned permanently because my previous ban should not be held against me.Solved63Views2likes1Commentstolen account is banned

I guess question to people who have really clear rules / info from EA, Respawn - EA_Mako and company: you probably have heard that especially in this season in EMEA servers there is a much higher than before number of smurfs in higher rank lobbies (e.g. level 50 player at D1 level which is obvious to all who have played the game that this is not legit new gifted player and as subtle as bought level 300+ account that also clearly smurfing) If additional data is needed I can compile my stats easily over next few days, I get them on daily basis in stead doses. most of them are hacking and/or boosting people to higher ranks = which as per my understanding and latest Zeus video (https://youtu.be/[Removed]) is bannable and ban is applied not only to the person hacking/boosting but also other party members for game exploit throwing games (disconnecting / dying instantly) is not allowed by rules either current state of reporting is let's call it "not fast" and does not yield results = it is somewhat pointless to report those smurfs/hackers as time and time again we see that they keep playing for days, months, years. adding to that point nr.2 kinda demotivates reporting smurf who played with you because if the player gets banned you might go down with him as "got boosted" So I want to ask what is your suggestion regarding this situation to a) clean up mentioned problem b) not get banned in the process of playing games? I want to share my thoughts on EA's anti - cheating system on the EA. forum I've found that EA's anti - cheat tends to ban accounts without proper justification and doesn't communicate with players. They don't provide any evidence or reasons for the bans.I can provide data from my second account, which reached Platinum II in ranked play, but was unfairly banned last night. Also, EA's anti - cheat is ineffective against real cheaters. I've reported obvious wallhacks and aimbots, but there's been no feedback. At the same time, even when I negotiated with the so-called service terms team, they always insisted on their arrogance, neither giving specific reasons nor even willing to overturn the case to see my data and performance in detail. It has been proven that EA's anti cheating and the team's arrogance completely destroyed the Apex game I really don't understand how to think that a player with an average damage of 500 or 600 per game and sometimes no KD score of 1 is cheating, but turning a blind eye to cheats that actually use self aiming and continuous sniper rifles in the game, turning a blind eye to converters, and even using mouse macros for such a long time before being banned. If it weren't for this fun piece of dog poop being really fun, I would have launched it in the 19 season. It's hard to imagine EA's anti cheating measures not only being ineffective, but also abusing bans. I not only need to be killed by various cheats in Apex, but also banned by EA's stupid anti cheat system. I am attaching my data and EA's response here, so that everyone can see how EA's bad and arrogant team reacted and how the anti cheating system destroyed this game。 I tried my best to provide my appeal, but EA's service team seems to have only responded in this way, so arrogant. During an Arenas match in Apex Legends, another player who had been knocked down sent offensive messages in the in-game text chat, including: - “4nde” (a censored form of the Japanese word “死んで”, meaning “die” — the number 4 replaces the kanji 死) - “darui” (a slang term in Japanese meaning “annoying” or “you’re a pain”) I reported this using the in-game system and also followed up via the official EA reporting form. However, I received the following response: “We reviewed your report and didn’t take any action this time. … Sometimes, a single comment in a broader conversation—or an opinion that differs extremely from yours—may not be a violation.” I understand that context matters in some situations, but I find it hard to believe that telling someone to “die,” even when disguised as “4nde,” could be considered acceptable in any context. So my questions are: 1. Is telling someone to “die” (in any form, including censored or disguised words) not a violation of Apex Legends’ Positive Play Charter or User Agreement? 2. Or was there something wrong with how I submitted my report? I am concerned not only for myself but also for others who may encounter similar abuse. I want to trust that the reporting system helps maintain a safe and respectful environment for players.
