I know I shouldn't be writing this here, but I really have nowhere else to go.
I am writing to formally appeal the ban on my Apex Legends account which occurred approximately 1.5 years ago. I believe this was an erroneous ban resulting from unauthorized access to my account. Shortly before the ban, I had logged in from a public internet cafe in Brooklyn. I suspect my credentials were compromised there, as someone else may have used my account with cheating software. This would explain the sudden ban despite my being a legitimate player. The following points strongly support my innocence:My lifetime K/D ratio is only 0.4, clearly demonstrating poor performance inconsistent with cheating ,I exclusively play supportive characters Loba and Lifeline I have invested substantially in Apex Coins and skins I can provide evidence of irregular login locations .I've been wanting to return to Apex Legends. I'm confident a review of my stats and login history will confirm my account was compromised. I sincerely apologize for having to write this on here , but the other department has not responded to any of my previous four emails, all of which were rejected. I have to express my deep frustration with the current ranked matchmaking system. This is not just a minor inconvenience—it is a serious problem that ruins the experience for paying customers like me. Throughout my recent ranked matches, I kept being paired with teammates who clearly do not deserve to be in Platinum. They can’t contribute even a basic level of performance, and it feels like I’m being punished for their mistakes. Dozens of games were wasted because I was forced to carry teammates who cannot hold their own, and as a result, my RP dropped unfairly. What makes this even worse is the clear imbalance between teams. If I get matched with teammates who don’t perform at their rank, then logically the enemy team should also have players at the same low level. But that never happens. The opposing squads are always competent and coordinated, while my side is handicapped from the start. This is not fair competition—it is broken matchmaking. As a customer, I expect a system that respects the effort and time I invest. Right now, solo players are being punished simply for queuing alone, while others climb by chance or by being carried. This creates frustration, not enjoyment. Ranked is supposed to be competitive and skill-based, but instead it feels like a lottery where solo players are forced to lose because of poor matchmaking design. EA and Respawn need to take responsibility and fix this system. If teammates are underperforming and not playing at the level of their rank, the matchmaking should recognize it and stop pairing them with players who take the game seriously. This is not just a balance issue—it is a customer experience issue. You are making your players feel cheated and disrespected. Aimbot! Feel free to change my mind :D And if someone is wondering - yeah it hit for 100+ as this poor fella on Ash was dropped dead right there millisecond later. Funny part = did land this but then struggled to finish off the Ash and he was ported out :D Have a game recording of this current pred and actually pro player scumbag farming ranked and for convenient reason not streaming, while having active twitch channel while other stats of the game check out - player, legend, equipped badges, game status etc. :D In video this shot looks even more ridiculous but before that he also made a few more "tricks" like this. My account was banned around October 2024, and the official team did not send any prior email notification before banning my account. Over the past year, I have repeatedly emailed EA Help but received no response. After a recent major update, my emails finally got a reply. The accusation made by your company regarding the ban on my account was that I was suspected of cheating. However, I have never engaged in any cheating behavior while playing Apex. In my second reply, I explained that I had not cheated in any way and hoped that the issue could be properly investigated. However, in your second response, you did not directly address the accusation of cheating. Instead, you vaguely stated that my account had violated your "User Agreement," handling the matter in a careless, arrogant, and dismissive manner. In my third email, I expressed my dissatisfaction with your team's arrogant attitude, but the reply I received was even more condescending, stating, "do not expect any further response on this matter." The accusation of cheating against my account still remains unanswered. I have never engaged in any form of cheating. By unilaterally banning my account without providing any concrete evidence and abruptly cutting off communication channels, your company has acted in an irresponsible and bullying manner toward a player. This has not only wrongfully punished a rule-abiding player but has also severely damaged my trust in your company. What I demand is fairness based on facts, not your condescending gestures. Since you have failed to fulfill your obligation to provide clarification, "unbanning my account" is the only reasonable corrective action. Hello, I am aware that macros are against TOS and completely agree that they should be ban-able offenses due to the unfair competitive advantage it provides to the user. That said, I wanted to inquire about their usage within the firing range/any other form of offline Apex environment where competitive integrity is not a factor. For example, I want to set up a keyboard macro so that I may use it in the firing range to superglide and tap-strafe everywhere for fun by myself/against my friends - is this still bannable/against TOS? Why are Legendary and Epic packs not unlocking skins added to the Legend Locker recently? I've opened numerous packs and if it's purple or gold all I get is crafting material. If you don't want me to buy packs then you need to add a disclaimer that packs don't unlock the added skins. I'm not a lawyer but that looks dicey. The prices of 1800 for a legendary skin should not be that for a 3 year old skin, mediocre skin. I know how to report in game but there really is only 3 thing to chose from Inappropriate chat, player tag, and player name. Does inappropriate chat report the voice chat, i assume it does both. Is there a more direct way through the site or through EA. I had so many toxic players the last couple days, a little banter is ok or even can be fun for both, and i would never say anything like the stuff i am getting told, i want to share some examples. Last round I played, I pinged a hot spot and the person waited a while before dropping. They then went to the hot spot but dropped slow and in circles, landing where 1/2 the people were already fighting, likely dying quickly. I chose to land somewhere nearby instead but close enough to group up, and the person freaked out and asked why. I told them straight up I wasn’t going to slow drop over a hot spot where half the teams had already landed. The guy then started saying he was going to do all kinds of stuff to my family. I had a family member pass less than 24 hrs before this and I just left the game. Something I dont do very often. Match before this I had two players, must have been friends. One person was going after boxes I opened only and I said something like come on no need to take everything in the boxes I open, and the person calls me all kinds of names I cannot say on here. Not stuff you call people and not even close to banter. Then i got them punching me in game instead of playing the game. This was more like in game bullying and toxicity via the mic! Another match, and probably toxic friends, so i dont say a single word yet, and when I do talk its like in game stuff, grabbing this evo, I hear someone coming, or some info to help us play. So we get into picking characters and I had Ash picked due to using her prior round but was not even my main and play a lot of characters, person goes 1st and picks Ash and goes HAHAHAH i picked your main what are you going to do, so i put on wraith a character i used to use a lot and 2nd person who picks does the same thing and says the same **bleep** and not i got them both yelling what are you going to do. instantly pressed F to mute them and played and never said a word. Getting sick of these types of players, seems the more difficult the lobby the more people are like this. Lobbies are taking forever to load too, so waste when this happens. When I say configs I mean movement configs, jitter aim and so on. if any configs are allowed which? and if its not, is macros allowed? I've been playing games on my own account, following the rules, since 2019. I own all the Legends and have a Loba heirloom. I've put a lot of effort into this account for many years. I haven't been able to play much since I started working this year. It turns out someone else (I think they're in Russia) was playing on my account, insulting many people, and getting banned for harassment and bullying? I didn't even know about it. An Xbox is listed in my connected devices, but I've never even owned an Xbox in my life. I'm truly sad and angry. My account has been permanently disabled because of this guy. I love Apex and I'm very unhappy about this situation. I hope they look into it so I can get my account back.
