Theres no actual way to submit a support ticket
There's no way to do it. What a pointless system. Talk to this robot who does nothing for you and doesn't even let you submit a ticket to actual people. Uh, what? So ea has no support ticket system? What is that? Alot smaller gaming companies have them. That is unacceptable.
Gundam Beam Saber Pack Ripped Off
I wanted to report this as a bug, but for some reason when I click on the 'Report a bug' button, it does nothing... Using Google Chrome. Anyways, today I opened a gundam beam saber pack from the reward shop pack, after accumulating enough points, but it didn't give me a gundam event reward when I opened it... I got 2 Legendary items and a Epic item, but they were: Private Dancer skydive emote for Mirage Dread Captain for Fuse Bullet Train weapon skin for the 30-30... Even weirder, I'm 99% sure I already had the Bullet Train skin, because I have the World's Fair skin which I believe is the recolor for it... And it didn't show the Bullet Train with the red dot next to it, which new skins have to show you haven't looked at it yet. I'm even 100% more sure I didn't get a gundam beam pack because I still have only the 3 pack rewards checked off in the pack pool collected items which I previously had, 2 of the sticker sets and the Valkyrie skydive emote. I'm so tired of getting screwed over in life... Anything I can do about this?Buster Rifle...
I thought the Buster Sword auto-kill weapon was the silliest thing ever in this game. Congrats, you've gone one further. The Buster rifle is without a doubt the biggest game spoiler I've ever encountered. Had a few great games, great teamwork just to get smashed by that thing. And there isn't a **bleep** thing you can do about it. I really don't get how this was thought a good idea.Vantage buffs
Echo: If you leave Echo out he will periodically scan the area (echo location) and reveal enemies locations similar to sparrows tac. The enemies can shoot Echo away which will suggest our location as well. The cooldown could be separate from her normal tac as she can still move around, but not leave echo in certain locations. Look at a survey beacon and hold a button to send Echo to activate it. Perks: Move "Improved Mark" into base kit and give her the Support or Skirmisher perk. Move "Snipers Cover" into base kit and give her a new perk that gives her a speed boost at the end of using her tac. Ult: Give us the option to turn the utl into a shotgun by removing the front part of the gun (the part she adds). That way her ultie can be useful in the ending rings. Takes 15% less damage from incoming fire.
10th Appeal Denied | Dissappointed
Hello, I know I could be deemed as a spammer at this point. I want to clearly state that I deny using any cheats, scripts, macros, or hardware designed to provide an unfair advantage. I have only ever played Apex as a casual player. My account received a permanent ban with the reason listed as “Competitive Advantage / Gameplay Enhancement.” Unfortunately this classification is very broad, and because no further details are provided it makes it extremely difficult to understand what might have triggered the detection. Because of this, the lack of transparency has been frustrating. If I knew what specific software, behaviour, or system interaction triggered the ban, I would at least be able to understand the situation or explain the context. However, without that information it is impossible to meaningfully dispute the decision. In my appeals I attempted to provide as much context as possible regarding my system and software, including tools such as Throttlestop, my mouse software, and my network configuration. None of these are intended to interact with Apex or provide any gameplay advantage. My intention with this post is simply to document the situation and express that greater transparency in ban explanations would help legitimate players better understand what occurred. So back in 2024 December I decided to stop playing the game. Nothing unusual considering I played apex off and on. But recently I have came back to the game and my account I can no longer access. The email has been changed and it seems they have added a phone number and 2 emails with a playstation account on there. Now... I have contacted EA support for about 30+ times now providing my personal information, steam it was linked to and a dozen invoices of purchases I have made on steam. Now I have gave everything I believe is correct as I cant change my personal information so I know that is correct. The problem is because I was hacked I cant access my account or my email so I have no way of providing a code they have sent considering I have only had 1 email connected to my account. I have been trying constantly and they keep saying we cant authorise your account but you are very close to recovering it. Even if I explain what emails was connected to my account the last I had I logged in or my IP address or steam ID which I provide them. No matter what I try I can't get my account back. I even know who has it and their EA ID and platform they connected it to. Even after saying all this, they refuse to give me my account and I have tried everything at this point. If anyone can help or give advice on this, I would much appreciate it...How do store actually work?
Im (relatively) new to apex and i always avoided looking up store because there's always huge numbers and deals for whales that i cant afford, but i recently played overwatch that have an interesting store mechanic that allows you to purchase rare currency require skins with cheaper currency. So then i thought apex has the same system but i couldnt figure it out. Sure theres some skins for legend and apex tokens but im not sure if its apex coins only skins that were allowed to have other currency by apex gods. Does anybody knows???
Hacked Account
I’m shocked that my account was hacked, but ea was amazing about helping me get my account back. Keep an eye out and contact ea support immediately. My EA account email was changed and unlinked from my PSN, they were able to gain me access into my account within 30 minutes. It took about an hour for me because I had accidentally made a new account when booting up Apex. I have everything back and have increased security on my account. Very grateful for the supportCheater infected wild card mode
Anyone notice a large amount of low level account with 4k damage, 20 kill badge in wild card? its like all the cheater move there, low level player just walk in and beam everyone to death, its not obvious bc how chaos the mode is. Its even worse in asian server, just beam, no movement, no strafing, every match is like you getting put into a pro player lobby.Dealing With "1 Player" In Queue After Being Unbanned
Hello everyone, I’ve been trying for over two months now, sending multiple emails and support tickets, to get unbanned. My account was hacked, and the hacker did something that caused me to get banned in Apex Legends. With my first unban request, I was actually unbanned and able to log back into Apex Legends on my PlayStation 5. However, now I seem to be under some sort of “shadowban”: the matchmaking queue is stuck permanently at “1.” I can’t enter the Firing Range, play Ranked, or access any other modes. I’ve already changed my email address three times, but nothing has changed. Support doesn’t respond at all—even though I’ve invested a lot of money in Apex Legends. I don’t get any replies by email, and my unban requests aren’t being processed. When I contact live support, they just tell me to submit another request—but how can I, if nobody responds?
