Wrongfully Banned for "Cheating" in CUT 26
I received an error message out of nowhere that I was being banned from Ultimate Team and was accused of cheating and violating the terms of service. I did absolutely nothing wrong - all I do are complete challenges, play events, online games, purchase cards/packs, and play squads with my friend. I have filed an appeal but that was denied yesterday. I have filed another appeal and am still waiting to hear back. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have been banned and I am extremely frustrated and confused. EA didn't even fully explain what the issue was. I don't even know what I've been accused of doing when I didn't even do anything. All I want is to play Ultimate Team and my account has had no issues or violations since playing CUT 25 and 26. I can't speak to anyone directly to find out more - it's just generic emails and robotic chats with customer service. And of course Thanksgiving Rush is coming and I will completely miss it. Well today is the day we are supposed to be able to get 93 ovr wr J. Tyson but without the big 10 souvenir that I earned yet I'm still missing I will have to wait a week and purchase the required conference tours players to be able to enter next weeks event and win 15 games and hope that ea gives me a souvenir for completing that event. When I should be getting him today. So I will be wasting my hard earned coins and time on something that @ea-help should make right by today! We don't want to spend extra coins and extra time to get something we (according to your event requirements) should have already earned. Just do the right thing #ea-help and make this right. Anyone else get banned for this reason? A friend and I got banned for the same reason this weekend? It doesn't seem to be widespread and neither of us have bought or sold coins. We commonly play squads together and did a have a few odd games that could have been against bots, which could be the problem. Anyone have advice in how to deal with this? We are hearing that we may have our accounts banned for quite a while.Lineups crashing ultimate team
When I try to open my lineups I keep getting a server error. I’ve deleted the game and redownloaded 4 different times. Unplugged my Xbox and nothing fixes it. The only thing I can think of is I’ve added a season 4 player from the store to my lineup the day the issues started happening. Now I don’t know if I’m doing to have to sell this player for a 1/4th of the 7,700 trophies I bought him for just to get the game to work. Need any ideas before I try that. I was able to get into the lineup screen after promoting someone to starter from my item binder and attempted to autogenerate a lineup but now it won’t even let me back into the lineups again.Sell All Coin Packs?
Man coin packs pile up, if there was a way to just quick sell them all it would save soooo much time and effort. I could get it if there were less packs and like 1,000,000 coin chance but this 250-500 majority isn’t worth clicking through 25 packs after completing games/challenges.
