This week's ridiculous Game Changers challenges
Figured I'd do a pre-emptive post on what these silly things are looking for this week, since as usual the "clues" are pretty close to zero help. 701: Not sure if it's don't give up a TD or don't give up any points; for mine they went for it on 4th. 702: Go out of bounds on 2 bullet-pass plays. 703: Do 3 laterals within 2 plays. Possibly the most annoying challenge ever -- for 5 stars you also have to gain 50 yards and can't turn it over (but the laterals apparently can touch the ground, despite what the clue says). To beat it I threw a deep vertical then did laterals to teammates near the goal line. 704: Call an audible. For 5 stars the play you audible on has to be a TD pass. 705: Score a TD on an option pitch play. 706: Get a sack.
MAX Upgrade Tokens never recieved FROM Trophy store
I prematurely bought the upgrade tokens for season 5 Tim Tebow and Charles Woodson, and it gave me the regular tokens which can’t be used to take our captains from 94 overall to 95 overall. EA put the wrong upgrade token in the store and I bought them too early(day of new season), making it so I’m stuck with two 94 overall players who can’t make the lineup.

How can you get max stars for this one vs Indiana? I've tried everything but can't get it. Requirements -Don't allow any points in 2 drives Bonus -Gain 21+ yards this play -Lead by 14+ points by the end of the game I got the 21+ yards this play then tried scoring a TD with an extra point then stopped the CPU. Once they punt to me the challenge was over? Only gave me 4 stars. Redid the challenge and tried scoring a TD with a 2 point conversion then onside kicked to hopefully steal a possession. I recovered the onside and scored again to achieve the 14 points but still no max stars. What is the trick to achieve max stars? Or is their a glitch with this challenge?Missing pre-order bonus content in College Ultimate Team
Hey football fans, If you aren't seeing your pre-order bonuses when logging into Ultimate Team, we've got a couple recommendations that might help. First, try backing out of CUT and then starting it back up. That may push the rewards through. You can also try entering the Challenges tile in the menu, then backing out to the main CUT menu. The rewards should come through after that. If you're still not seeing any of the pre-order bonuses after that please let us know!
“Score 10 points on this drive”
“lock in” New Year/New Crew challenge. A 5yr old child knows that you can only score max 8 points on one possession/drive. Billion dollar company has someone in charge of content that does not understand 10 points on one drive is not possible in American football. What are you doing over there? You can teach a monkey simple math and they will put out a better product. There's several threads working about at least a couple of these, some of them citing potential glitches. I think they're all doable -- I've finished all but the Lock In one -- but they're flat-out silly, and created by someone who seems to hate football and especially those who play this game. On Lock In, there's one unstated rule: You get points for successful laterals, and that's the only way to get to 10pt on the first drive. Also, the PAT (whether kicked or a 2pt try) doesn't count toward these 10pts, so you have to get 4pts off laterals before scoring. Then, after the wasted time on that first drive, you have to score 40 more pts in the remaining quarter and a half. I think the key there is you have to let ND score as quickly as possible so you can get the ball back; their offense runs much better and seems much less turnover prone than every other team faced in these challenges. Next there's one that calls for throwing 0 incompletions in the 2nd half. This is either a typo or a glitch; if you DO throw 2 imcompletions you check off the box for that star. There's a Clemson one where you have to get 400 total yards; for that you have to let them score immediately (but only in the first half, because you can't let them score in the 2nd half). That will get you a kickoff that you can avoid running back to run offensive plays for the yards. On all of them there's at least 6 downs to get 25 yards, and I'd swear there were a couple where it went to 7 downs in the 4th quarter. This makes for even more silliness as the PA announcer and fans get all hyped up for 3rd and 4th downs that are basically just 2nd downs. For all this crap you get an 86+ card (non-BND) after doing 4, and presumably an 88+ for finishing all 8 challenges. I'm going to finish them, and I'm sure EA and whatever devs are behind this are laughing at me for it.
Bot/AI bans or suspensions with ought any human oversight is wrong
I am posting this to warn other players and potentially drive change for the better. Today I was flagged for coin distribution. My market access was removed and more than 3,000,000 coins were wiped. Those coins took months to earn. I did not buy or sell coins and I did not use any off platform transfers. I buy low and sell high inside the market. The problem is the process. An automated system makes these calls with no human review. Player visible sales history is not available this year, so I cannot even show my own log. There is a time sensitive Locker promo running, so every day I am locked out is another loss. This is extremely frustrating when we pay to play the game, and even if they accept my appeal which 100% should happen they refuse to compensate for the coins, players, promos, etc.. that I'll miss in the meantime. Then I get this spill about what I did, and the ethics of it even though I 1000% didn't do what this bot claims is infuriating. I agree with the message, but EA should do a better job of sending it to people that are actually doing these things. EAs policies that let bots auto ban people are horrible and damaging. I shouldn't be punished for being good at flipping cards on the AH, and neither should anyone else. It also will devalue my teams worth drastically even if reversed. All my players get cheaper every time a new promo is released and they never compensate for that part. You shouldn't give such power to robots when it effects us so greatly. Sure, get them to flag accounts, but a human needs to review such large decisions. What I am asking EA to do 1. require a human to review every case before any ban or coin removal, as even when it's reversed via appeal it makes us lose out on tons of coins, promos, limited time cards, and much more. 2. restore access and return coins and items when no proof is provided for said violations. Provide evidence so players can properly dispute the bots claims. 3. give players a way to request their own sales logs. We had our past sales visible in CFB 25, and I wish they'd bring it back. It was helpful for flipping cards and knowing what sold. It would also help prove our sales were within terms of service. Now, we have no way to show our history. 4. Give players a chance to provide proof of their actions. It's not fair for us to not have a chance to at least answer a few questions or something. This would eliminate nearly all false bans, however it would also require an actual employee to correspond with us instead of an auto ban capable bot. Customer relations used to be a thing that mattered more. If this has happened to you, reply with your date and outcome. Keep it civil and please upvote so a community manager sees it. This really needs to be addressed as we move further into an AI controlled environment. Ai would be great for them to flag accounts, but a human needs to provide at least final approval before severly restricting their player base. Keeping us from the things we spent time and real world money on should not be a robots total decision.
