I have the premium field pass but it doesn't give me the rewards. I cant open any of the premium reward packs. Doesn't even show to open. Unsure if its not giving me the coins or trophies either but it doesn't seem like it is. This needs fixed. Is there anything that can fix this?

Jeremy Maclin card is broken
Jeremy Maclin has platinum sure hands on his first ability and you can’t take it off, you can for all the other record breaker cards but not his, please fix as I want him to have takeoff instead, not sure hands…every time you try to take it off you get an error code.
