Mirage Darkness Event
I was told by a chat advisor to post this in the forums so I hope that I can actually receive a response and assistance. In Ultimate Team I was in the “The Mirage: Darkness” event. One of the rules was that I could not go out of bounds. However, when I went for a two point conversion, it considered this to be “out of bounds” which is a glitch. I only went for a two point conversion due to one of the other rules being, “do not kick any field goals”. I know that a PAT attempt is not a field goal but just to be certain, I went for two due to the vagueness that EA has been known for in the past with challenges. I checked Reddit and it showed that someone else had this issue as well. I would like to receive another darkness key, which was the entry requirement for this event, instead of having to complete the set again, I would like to be granted another key as it was not an error on my part but rather the game. Hopefully no one else experiences this issue."Unable to connect to servers" when logging on
For over a week now every time I login I get hit with "unable to connect", or "you have lost connection to the server". I have to close app and just try again over and over. Eventually I get in, but sometimes takes like 10+ tries. Is this happening to anyone else?3v3 squads not working
Me and my friends like to play 3v3 squads but the game will not allow it. Forever loading screens when it finds a match, it even makes a little noise when we know it’s not gonna connect us to the game. All three of us can get on a completely different game and have no issues. Is this just a server issue?
Mirage promo still broken among others
I’ve already chatted with customer service and was told the Mirage promo issue is being looked into, but wins still are not counting correctly. At this point it is hard to have confidence EA will actually resolve it properly. I’m honestly embarrassed by how much real money I’ve invested into CUT while basic promo functionality continues to break. This could be handled easily by issuing the Cris Collinsworth card to affected players, but instead we get the same generic responses every time. The bigger issue is this is not new. The Sunday Alumni event requiring 20 players has not tracked correctly for months either. Problems keep stacking up, communication stays vague, and players are expected to keep spending and hoping things work next time. I’ve defended this mode for a long time, but this is probably the last pack I buy with real money.Ultimate team results not updating
I played boss round 3 of the college football ultimate team “draft” what if event and one the game 7-6. As I clocked return to hub to collect my rewards ( the 96 plus what if pack & 93 plus pack) I was kicked back to main menu of college football 26 and in the bottom corner it says sign into EA. I have the video showing my score and proof I won but it has counted as a loss and I was not granted my proper reward and also bumped down to round 1 when I was a few games away from the 99 what if player. I need the fixed ASAP. I have been grinding day and night putting time and effort into this game to get the 99 LTD Calvin Johnson and those rewards would have gotten me closer. This is not right and I need this corrected!!!Cannot connect to Ultimate Team and I keep getting the Connection Lost error.
I've tried everything on EA help and nothing works. Started yesterday and I keep getting the Connection Lost screen and Our servers cannot process your request at this time. My Event wins have also not been tracking for months now. Using the AI chat leads nowhere and just leads you in circles with no solution.Mirage event
It’s now 6:55pm CST. I started at 6:00pm playing the Information Redacted event. I’ve played and won all four games, but I’ve been credited for just one win. Please help me with this issue. Especially, since it happens on almost every event. The only event that’s counted correctly is the Season 8 Solo Season 95-99, and I believe the only reason it works is because it only one game to end the event (win or lose). Can the Mirage event please counted like solo season event, so I (we) can earn the rewards owed from investing time in this game. Xbox is my platform and my gamertag is MashLo.
