Missing pre-order bonus content in College Ultimate Team
Hey football fans, If you aren't seeing your pre-order bonuses when logging into Ultimate Team, we've got a couple recommendations that might help. First, try backing out of CUT and then starting it back up. That may push the rewards through. You can also try entering the Challenges tile in the menu, then backing out to the main CUT menu. The rewards should come through after that. Did not receive the College Kickoff upgrade token for today (8-22). I restarted game and PS5. Played a few other games in between and also cleared my cache and checked for updates. After the update today, I am missing the 7 NOTG tokens I had earned through week 3 and added to the NOTG OVR 86 set. That set is also no longer showing in the sets. Anyone else? UPDATE: Spoke to EA Help. I encourage anyone having this issue to report so the development team sees this as an issue. I put in so many hours this month, over a hundred to play the ranked game mode to get top 100. I was top 100 two nights ago and then took a break since ranked rewards were not supposed to be finished until Sunday as EA PUBLISHED. So I fell to 103 in the world with over 5200 ranked points and over 140 wins but had the rest of the week to get back up 3 spots! But then EA inexplicably and without notice ended the ranked mode early so I missed too 100 after committing so much time!! How can I get in contact with a mod or them to see this topic? They need to own the mistake and make this right! I need to be comped my top 100 rewards that I earned after putting in multiple hours every night this month only for their incompetence to take it away from me! Today i was playing College Football 26 because it’s been awhile since i played and i saw that there was a new season out. Everything was normal when i had first got on the game, i was looking at the auction house and the catalog to see what new players are out and how much they go for. I did that for about 5 minutes then out of nowhere my game says my auction house access is restricted. For what? i don’t even know i didn’t do anything wrong. I prematurely bought the upgrade tokens for season 5 Tim Tebow and Charles Woodson, and it gave me the regular tokens which can’t be used to take our captains from 94 overall to 95 overall. Anyone else running into this issue where WINS are not tracking correctly in EVENTS, specifically the Solo Gone Pro events (was also affecting Homegrown, Record Breakers, & Eggstra) and DRAFT mode What If? event? It will ONLY count the first win, no matter how many games you win. This first started with the Record Breakers events around 6 weeks ago. I opened a ticket with EA Help and on this forum. The case was closed on April 7th. No resolution. I opened another case today with EA Help. They acknowledge this is a known issue and they are working to resolve. I hope this is the case, but I am skeptical about the timeliness of this issue being resolved, especially since I would like to earn the rewards and tokens that you are ONLY able to earn through these specific events/modes. EA Help always ask to check the forums - I ask that if anyone else on this forum is experiencing this issue to please COMMENT on this thread to help bring more attention to the EA Moderators and Dev teams. I am posting this to warn other players and potentially drive change for the better. Today I was flagged for coin distribution. My market access was removed and more than 3,000,000 coins were wiped. Those coins took months to earn. I did not buy or sell coins and I did not use any off platform transfers. I buy low and sell high inside the market. The problem is the process. An automated system makes these calls with no human review. Player visible sales history is not available this year, so I cannot even show my own log. There is a time sensitive Locker promo running, so every day I am locked out is another loss. This is extremely frustrating when we pay to play the game, and even if they accept my appeal which 100% should happen they refuse to compensate for the coins, players, promos, etc.. that I'll miss in the meantime. Then I get this spill about what I did, and the ethics of it even though I 1000% didn't do what this bot claims is infuriating. I agree with the message, but EA should do a better job of sending it to people that are actually doing these things. EAs policies that let bots auto ban people are horrible and damaging. I shouldn't be punished for being good at flipping cards on the AH, and neither should anyone else. It also will devalue my teams worth drastically even if reversed. All my players get cheaper every time a new promo is released and they never compensate for that part. You shouldn't give such power to robots when it effects us so greatly. Sure, get them to flag accounts, but a human needs to review such large decisions. What I am asking EA to do 1. require a human to review every case before any ban or coin removal, as even when it's reversed via appeal it makes us lose out on tons of coins, promos, limited time cards, and much more. 2. restore access and return coins and items when no proof is provided for said violations. Provide evidence so players can properly dispute the bots claims. 3. give players a way to request their own sales logs. We had our past sales visible in CFB 25, and I wish they'd bring it back. It was helpful for flipping cards and knowing what sold. It would also help prove our sales were within terms of service. Now, we have no way to show our history. 4. Give players a chance to provide proof of their actions. It's not fair for us to not have a chance to at least answer a few questions or something. This would eliminate nearly all false bans, however it would also require an actual employee to correspond with us instead of an auto ban capable bot. Customer relations used to be a thing that mattered more. If this has happened to you, reply with your date and outcome. Keep it civil and please upvote so a community manager sees it. This really needs to be addressed as we move further into an AI controlled environment. Ai would be great for them to flag accounts, but a human needs to provide at least final approval before severly restricting their player base. I've played maybe 15 tournaments so far, and three times now I've played the same user, [Removed - EA_Barry] and every time there's some sort of glitch once the player cards flash on screen at the beginning of the game. I get disconnected, and it takes me back to the lobby/join screen, and then after about 30ish minutes of waiting without anything happening, I get a pop and it says I lost. Two championships and one semi finals, and all 3 were the same user and the same kind of glitch. I haven't had it happen in any other capacity against any other user. How can you get max stars for this one vs Indiana? I've tried everything but can't get it. Requirements -Don't allow any points in 2 drives Bonus -Gain 21+ yards this play -Lead by 14+ points by the end of the game I got the 21+ yards this play then tried scoring a TD with an extra point then stopped the CPU. Once they punt to me the challenge was over? Only gave me 4 stars. Redid the challenge and tried scoring a TD with a 2 point conversion then onside kicked to hopefully steal a possession. I recovered the onside and scored again to achieve the 14 points but still no max stars. What is the trick to achieve max stars? It’s now 6:55pm CST. I started at 6:00pm playing the Information Redacted event. I’ve played and won all four games, but I’ve been credited for just one win. Please help me with this issue. Especially, since it happens on almost every event. The only event that’s counted correctly is the Season 8 Solo Season 95-99, and I believe the only reason it works is because it only one game to end the event (win or lose). Can the Mirage event please counted like solo season event, so I (we) can earn the rewards owed from investing time in this game.
