H2H season is still broken for me since the beginning
I have had an ongoing issue since November of 2025. I have contacted EA Support over 20 times easily and every time they seem so eager to help me with my issue but it still gets unresolved. I've been a lifelong supporter of EA but I will not continue to support them as they continue to not care about their customers. My Issues: All H2H seasons 1-4 have given me issues where I should have received the gold status card of my choice and the season wouldn't let me get above the points of purple status or if I did hit gold I would still receive a purple card. Meaning I have lossed 100k coins the past 4 seasons so 100K x 4 = 400K coins missed because there is a bug in the game. Also I never received the 250k coins the past 4 seasons for hitting gold status so I've already lost 1.4 million in coins so far. Plus not getting the 4 gold players I deserve! Also, the last Ranksgiving tournament I got 1st place and never received the awards for that. I've been constantly contacted EA for help asking for what I deserve or compensation in coins for in the game for missing all these rewards and they just keep saying "I understand your frustration and we will look into fixing this for you" but when do you stop giving me the run around and actually give me a resolution. Also, the Gold players I would have got are not as valuable as they once were because the players overalls continue to improve as the year goes on. EA's Communication absolutely sucks! All in all I should have received at least 1.5 million coins in the game as well as the value of 4 gold players I never received as well as the Ranksgiving 1st place player and coins I would have received. EA is an absolute joke and even though I love College Football 26 I will not continue to support this kind of behavior. Which is sad because not only have I been a lifelong fan but I spend lots of money on the game in a variety of ways. EA needs better communication with their customers to resolve these issues in a timely manner. Also, now the game in regular season mode is taking me back to where I restart the game after I find a player to play against which gives me a loss and sometimes that loss is in the playoffs where I lose everything I just worked for and I have to restart the season because of that now. Lastly, there are teams significantly worse than me making outstanding plays throughout the entire game sometimes where I lose which we were told by EA they fixed making teams the same overall even though they weren't because so many users complained about it last year. It doesn't happen a lot but enough to where its really frustrating. EA you need to do better and the fact that you have no one competing against you in the College Football game landscape is ridiculous because that means you can continue to not care about your customers and not worry about another company performing better than you in a college football video game because your the only one who has the rights to it. Again, EA is the worst company in the world of video games until they prove me otherwise. I want to speak to a manager and I want my issue resolved because has been going on since November of 2025 and this is ridiculous. I've contacted you guys over 20 times spending hires on the chat each time with no resolution and nothing but empty promises! Plus now the season 4 H2H is going to end in 5 hours and I'm stuck in purple rewards again so I will miss the 250K again for the 4th time now and I won't get my gold rewards card again.PAT/Field Goal block glitch
Hey EA, how do you update the game and not fix the dumbest glitch in the game where people block my pats every time I score. It’s seriously like y’all don’t gaf about the game. I know I’m just another customer but I’m not gonna be the only one. I’m done playing that bs game when it’s not even football anymore just a bunch of people exploiting glitches that yall don’t fix. You lost me and I hope yall lose more. Fix it
Passing settings and motion in squads
Seen this on here before. In squads, it pulls the passing settings from the DC or the head coach. Any answers as to why this is? Does it lead to limited control of the offense to where I can’t motion people on offense? I have to rely on the other players to motion people. Why is this? if there is a legitimate reason then I would like and answer. It seems there has been no responses to things like this. It’s mislead to see that you have control of the offense and yet it is limited and not even my settings. Please give some direction here.Day Two: Desynched from National Championship
Yesterday, my friend and I were playing our National Championship game, and I got desynched after we had just went up 20-0. It was still the first half, and we had just gotten a pic-6. I never once lost connection to Playstation servers or the internet, and it was purely your servers. This is the third time this has happened to me, and I am fed up with getting robbed of my National Championship packs. I have proof showing us up 20-0 before the desynch, and I have more proof and screenshots if need be. This is my second day posting on here, and I have not gotten an email back regarding my case. Don't lose a loyal customer for life over an issue on your game.Ut matchmaking is atrocious
This might be the worst matchmaking in any cfb/madden ever. Its like they dgaf who who play or care about even match making. It makes the game impossible to be fun when you are going up against God squads every game. Somehow ea how a unique ability with every game they make to make a game mode unplayable without spending $300 on top of the $100+ spent on the game. They need to let literally any other company make the game. Ubisoft could make a better football game and they haven't made a good game in 10 plus years.ranked points not registering on ult
I just talked to them again today and they said they were gonna fix it just like yesterday I am just desperate for a solution so I was playing ranked about a week ago and everything was working fine I grinded all the way to champ 3 and was excited because I only need one more win to get my top 100 rewards and I was at 3150 points so when I won my last game I backed out eagerly ready for my rewards that weren’t there my points stopped registering and now it won’t go up or down from 3150 I have won and lost games and it just stopped working and I have definitely won enough by now to be much over the top 100 thresholdNational Championship Desynch

My friend ended up staying in the game, and he got his National Championship packs without problem (I have proof of that as well). I fully expect to get the National Championship packs that I earned, and if I do not receive them I will never spend another penny on anything EA. Like I said, this is a recurring issue and it is never my WiFi. I look forward to getting this issue resolved.
NCAA 26 ultimate team CFP challenges
On the second challenge with Texas Tech vs. Houston, I can't seem to figure out how it wants me to score the required 10+ points. I have scored offensive and defensive Touchdowns, have also ran a punt back for TD and the challenge always fails because I can't register the points needed. I have completed this challenge multiple times I have screenshots and videos. Just need some assistance please.
