Removed Games
While I can confirm that G&C Ultimate Edition is missing from my library, is there any way to learn all the games that have been removed from my library? Its rather irritating to say the least to spend good money for a game, a game thats still in the store in fact, only to find it missing from my library when I want to confirm something about said game for a discussion I'm having in another venue.
Invalid Email or password - C&C Generals and Zero Hour
New laptop. went to EA, logged in, got the EA App. Downloaded the game. Went to play the game. Asks me to login put in same email and password to download the game: "Invalid email or password" I want to install and play, what are the next steps here, if the email and password are the same?
Command and conquer titles.
Command and conquer would be awesome to get a Remaster all across the board with graphics and 64x Architecture to improve modding capabilities to drop the GB limit on mods. All the titles from Generals,Zero hour,Red alert, Tiberium wars, and kanes Wrath. Dawn of war definitive edition is a prime example of this.
C&C Generals Remake/Remaster
I've been a big fan of C&C Generals and Generals Zero Hour for over 20 years. EA, you need to do a remake/remaster of this. As prince Kassad would say: General, I can't wait for your next attack (You are victorious) can we expect it today? Keep the momentum after C&C remastered!
Game won’t Open ?
Hello, I downloaded the mobile version of the game for the first time, but it won’t open properly. It gets stuck on the very first loading screen and doesn’t go any further.I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the problem is still there.I’m using an iPhone 14. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or how I can fix it? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance! :)
[Bug Report] TS /Ra2/YR - Tooltips malfunction
In the Steam version (tested TS, RA2 and YR ), the in-game Tooltips (the pop-up text that appears when hovering over units/buildings) does not function. Note: For verification, I tested a pirated 1.001 version of YR ,and the Tooltips works normally there. CNC Rivals is a great game that has a stagnant meta. For 3 years the competitive meta has solidified around 4 core units [shockwave trooper/rhino, predator tank, slingshot] with little room for experimentation. The game desperately needs a balance patch to bring intrigue back. I have done a great deal of math and interaction analysis to come up with a set of changes. I have a PC that I've NEVER put online, running Win XP Pro (32-bit version: 5.1.2600 SP3, build: 2600) with an AMD Athlon 64 3700+ Processor, nor will I ever put it on the internet. When trying to run INSTALL.EXE on the CD, I'm getting this message, "Unable to load SETUP.MIX file from CD-ROM disk. Press any key after inserting CD_ROM disc or press ESC to exit." Mind you, the CD is in the drive, which is how I was able to click on the INSTALL.EXE file. With Windows Explorer, I can clearly see the SETUP.MIX file. Why then am I not able to run the install?!?
I Can't install and play the original "C&C The First Decade" disk on iMac 2013
Has anyone had the same issues while installing the game? When I installed the original C&C The First Decade CD ROM, but when I tried to get the game started, my iMac doesn't seem to support it. The CD ROM box says Windows OS...no Mac so I'm assuming I would need something to make it work. I then went to the EA website and I was able to download and install the EA App and I found the game under "All EA games under one roof" catalog, strategy genre. However, when I select the any of the C&C options, I get the following error when trying to upload the page: "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading http://www.ea.com (see browser console for more information)." Can anyone help?Can't save game...
Purchased at Epic PC. LOAD GAME always gery out then I found saved games in Mission Select. But after I restart the game, everything's gone including saved progress, bonus galley etc. Searched online, below's what I tried but never sorted it out. No "CncRemastered" folder in my user folder, created one and a "save" folder under it. Antivirus and OneDrive disabled.
Support refused for legacy C&C Generals with proof (Case #242030733)
Hi everyone, I am a long-time fan and legal owner of the physical Command & Conquer Generals Deluxe Edition and Zero Hour. Since my current PC does not have a disk drive, I wanted to have these legacy games entitled to my EA account. I have contacted live support twice today (Case #242030733). I provided high-resolution photos of my original discs, the box, and the serial keys. I even included a personalized note with my name, date, and email in the photo to prove I physically own the items right now. Shockingly, both advisors (Niranjan and Parpaj) insisted that I must contact the "retailer" for a receipt. This game was purchased nearly 23 years ago (around 2003)! It is physically impossible for any retailer (like D&R in Turkiye) to provide a receipt after two decades. I find this request very unreasonable for a legacy product. I am attaching my proof of ownership here. Can a Community Manager please look into this case and help me add these classics to my library? I just want to play the games I legally own. Thank you for your time.
C&C 3 TIBERIUM WARS
My old machine does not run win 11 or surf with fiber without some sort of hack that being said i had to break down and future proof again my new machine i3 14100 , RTX 5050 , 16 gig DDR5 QUESTION ? my new machine fan screams and CPU temps hit 70 degree Celsius and GPU fans don't spin at all i limited the FPS in the Nvidia app to 20 FPS the CPU fan is still screaming and the GPU fans don't spin at all and the CPU it is still just hitting 70 degree C the reason i ask is my old cpu ran at 3.4 GHZ max with a GTX 1050 super and it stayed cool as a cucumber
