cant download the game
i downloaded the ea app and tried to install the sims but it keeps giving me an error message stating there's an issue from your side;ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and keep getting the same error message. all other games are downloading and playing properly except for the sims 4Acc permanently banned by mistake
Hello EA Support team, My account has been permanently banned, but i believe this was a mistake. I was never informed why ı was banned, but my guess is that it was because ı used WARP. I was using Cloudflare Warp (a vpn service) for connection privacy and didn't realize that it could trigger a violation of EA's terms. I have never used cheats, thirt-part tools or engaged in any form account abuse. I kindly ask you to review my case and reconsider the ban. Non-functional Customer Care Site
The forms on the page https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ are broken. Regardless of what topic I choose, whether I try to submit the form with a logged in account or via guest, the form never submits, the option to choose contact via email does not appear, or even the "Submit" button does nothing. I am having problems with fc26. When i go into a rivals game, all is fine for the first 30 mins or so, then it disconnects and says I lost connection to my opponent then your match result is under review. Similar thing happens in clubs, I just disconnect halfway. It is not an internet issue, I have 6 ping constantly and 100mbps Internet which is fine. My pc has good specs, Intel i7 and rtx 3050. When i went onto squad battles it is fine, and so is rush. Also I went onto fc25 and in a rivals game and it worked seamlessly. Hello. Can anyone help me to solve a download error in Sims FreePlay on Apple’s iPad? I installed the latest update but keep getting download errors. Even after checking the given reasons. I did check all given reasons and all are ok. But still getting download error. I keep retrying no progress, and there’s no quit tab so i can get into the game.

Hi, I still haven't received my EA-APP Compensation. So, I started a Case in EA help. After a couple of Emails, I got an invitation to chat. Select your existing case from the list and then select Continue Case to start a chat with someone on our support team. Why chat? EA Help" My case regarding this issue isn't closed. if I try to continue another case regarding this issue it just doesn't work (infinite loading screen) If I write another email I just get another email with an invite to chat. Old EA account linked to my steam
Hello, I recently bought battlefield 6 on steam and when I launched it I realized my steam is liked to my brothers old EA account. He passed away a few years ago so I can’t get into his old email or anything, so there is no way for me to access his account to unlink if from my steam. long story short I spent 70 dollars and I can’t even play it
