Perma Banned after account got hacked
At the first of April this year I got the heart breaking message that I got permanently banned. I didn't expect to be permanently banned as I had made all possible actions to regain my account. About a week before my ban I discovered my EA account was hacked and my email was changed. I don't know how or when they did it exactly as i didn't get a mail that my email was changed but when I tried to log in I didn't get my 2FA mail to access my account and instead got a odd mail shown that was linked to the account. (the email in the file is NOT mine) I instantly contacted the support and relinked my mail and password to my account now this didn't lock the hacker out as he still had access to my account and wasn't locked out. I've done over 20 appeals and every single one has been declined even with the notes put on my account. I've played apex Legends from the beginning and had a lovely time and over the 5 years of playing I've put a lot of money in it. Banned for no Reason at all
Hey there, I have no idea what is even happening. I logged into the Sims 4, for the very first time EVER, to find that my account was banned. I have no idea why that could even be happening. I'm not sure if this is a glitch or what, but I would like to get it fixed. I own every expansion of Sims 3 and if it was still working with my system, I'd keep playing that. Since it isn't, I'm switching to Sims 4, but if I can't use DLCs, I'm canceling. I'm including the screenshot of my ban history, which shows nothing, but when I log in, it gives me an error code that my account is banned. Currently dealing with a bug on my son's account. I am trying to link his xbox account to his EA account that is associated with an email address I have access to but it will not let me link it due to it saying there is another EA Account associated with it. I have also tried logging into the EA App with the xbox account option which logs me into another EA Junk account but doesn't give me any menu or settings options etc. The account appears to have limited functionality and doesn't appear to work as when I try to login to EA account through xbox I get an error code. I’m new here cause I’ve never really had problems with playing ea games but recently I’ve logged in to my console to play the new eafc 26 and when the part that comes up to say I’m logging in to ea servers it’s saying that my account is banned so I can no longer update the game or download the latest squads. I hardly ever play online so I really don’t know what I could have done wrong plus I play my console probably like twice a week. So, I've noticed a few others with a similiar issue. In short, my PSN was linked to another account, I use the chat feature and get a mixed bag of people who are willing to help, and those that, even when I provide proof of purchase say that I have supplied incorrect information, just read a script. At the end of every single attempt, where I am able to verify the account (they won't do that if they're trying to prove identity, doesn't matter how many times I explain I have access to the email still), I am told "The tool is currently experiencing an outage, please try again in a few hours" or something to that effect. That would be fine, except it's been 10 days! with no indicator as to when the tool will be fixed. Inside the physical disc case (for Australia) there is a help line number listed, as well as the phrase "EA's Online Customer Support provides free live chat, email support, and community resources on Answers HQ" However, the number is disconnected and no one has been able to provide an email, all I ever get told is to use the live chat. Does anyone have any indication on when this alleged outage will be fixed and my, and others, accounts can actually be recovered?Solved43Views0likes1Comment
