Hello EA, I am currently facing an issue related to my Need for Speed Heat, When i want to play it, it requirement to login in with EA account. I don't see that account before that is attached with my game. I try to link my account but can not get access. Kindly resolve that issue for me. Hello good night. Yesterday I received a email with the confirmation about EA creator code. I'm very happy about that but, honestly I don't know if there's is some resources for creators... I've had a xbox for a few years now and I just now realize the reason I cant play madden onlinr is because my "EA" account is disabled but whenever I try to fix this issue I see that the EA account shown is under someone else's email and not my account. My account had gotten hacked and I recently just recovered it which was a simple and easy process due to the help of the support I had gotten. But after the recovery I noticed that my account received a ban in Apex Legends due to gameplay enhancement. I tried to appeal and just got the decision that a full investigation was done and the ban was appropriate. I want to know what investigation was done as I had mentioned my account was hacked and it was not me played the game and was banned for the cheat. Does this mean I can never recover my account? Dear EA Support Team, I’m writing this message with deep regret and sadness. While playing EA FC 26, my opponent kept provoking and insulting me during the match. I made a terrible mistake. I lost control for a moment and replied with inappropriate words. It was the first and only time I’ve ever done something like this. Why the midnight show on the Saboteur game doesn't work anymore
I have the saboteur on my PS3. Hi all, The moment has come, but I received the following response from EA after a week of investigation on their end and having my case transferred 10 times: There are NO penalties showing up under my account. I have been provided no more details as to what could've been flagged as cheating. To be transparent, I am in bits, and have no idea what to do next. I have submitted another case (which I had to do by continuing as guest - I don't have this option while signed in). Posted on X for visibility (link). At this point, I am begging for help.
