my account has been hacked
hello there, My account has been hacked by unknown person and that person got do so violation on my account I don't know. by far I able to recover my account recently and I see the penalty and ban on my account. so I appealed to remove the ban from my account or lift. then after 10 day I see the case status is showing incident update provided. but when I see in the penalty history there is nothing the penalty disappear but I still have ban on my account. Is there is some glitch or anything I don't know I am discussion this with my other account my first account id is lmeet46. Title. Gamertag is N0xM3RCYxHD (a zero after the “N”) Was flagged on PC for “cheating” due to a bug and secure boot bs that wouldn’t even let the game start or launch. I had no clue of this until after the beta I hopped on battlefield 1 and was level 1. Put a ticket in and got zero info back other than the ticket saying “cheating”. I understand, but it’s a false flag. EA support has ignored me and not given ANY help or any communication at all as of now. i got it to work on my main PC and played the entire beta without issue an hour after trying on my older one i have been using. Secure boot was off, and wouldn’t launch, turned it all on, still didn’t work. So I swapped and it worked on the newer PC. It was a false ban, all my progress and stats along Battlefield games was reset, please help me get it back. Hello. Im trying to log in to my account to play some Sims 4. But my account is conected to my old computer email, with both a email and a password that i dont have anymore. So when I finaly can log in, it send me to a new account without all my packs that i have brought. Im not sure how to fix it, i just want to play some sims 4 again. Hello I accidentally bought ea play pro for 129 euros on the advice of a friend. In retrospect I only saw that it was for the PC instead of my ps5. Does anyone know if I can ask for my money back? Impossible to delete my EA account
Hi, Writing here because I can't get in touch with anyone. It is literally impossible to delete my EA account. I submitted a deletion request, then I was told I had to wait to speak with an “advisor.” I stayed in the queue the whole day: sometimes I could see an estimated wait time, sometimes not. I was also told I would receive an email with the details of my request, but I never got anything. The only emails I actually receive are the surveys asking me if I’m happy with the service they provided. The case was marked as “Resolved” the next day, even though nothing was resolved. I tried opening another separate tickets, same result. It looks like it’s simply impossible to get in touch with anyone. And now, on top of that, I also want to delete my EA Forums account, which is another headache. I received an email from EA out of the blue saying my account will be archived due to inactivity. Problem is, I never actually did anything on this site and am not sure how they got my email address. I cannot submit a request to delete because that web page insists I select a game and console that is the issue. Without filling in those boxes, I cannot submit my request. I am 75 years old. do not participate in these activities, and have now wasted an hour of whatever amount of life i have left, trying to get rid of this annoyance. Unable to Receive Verification Code – Email Address Has Never Existed
Hello, Years ago, I signed up for an EA account using an email address that does not actually exist. Despite this, I was able to use the account for many years without any issues. Recently, when I try to sign in via the EA App, the system sends a verification code to this email address. Since the email address is not valid, I cannot receive the code and therefore cannot verify my account. I even created a real email address matching the same name, but I still cannot receive the verification email. This account contains almost the entire Battlefield series, and my Steam and Epic Games accounts are linked to it. I believe these linked accounts could be used to verify that I am the rightful owner.
