Charged Three Times, Refunded Twice, Still No Pack — EA What Is Going On?
I have been playing The Sims for 11 years. Started with Sims 3 and now consistently a Sims 4 player. I hadn't bought a pack in a while, so I decided to treat myself. Welp, I just treated myself to an overdraft account. They charged me 3 times. I had to dispute 2 of the 3 charges, and it was a whole process. This was like 3 weeks ago. Today I go to play and no longer have access to the pack. The kicker is that they only reimbursed me twice. So I should still have access to the expansion pack. I go to live chat, it takes forever just to have an advisor connect. Then I have to wait for each individual response. The whole time the advisor wasn't clear with what they needed from me, so it took double the amount of time to actually get somewhere with the conversation. Then they just wanted to give me another refund. I don't want a refund I just want the pack. I explain this, and the advisor says they will look into in for me at 11:56pm and at 12:53am I am still just getting "Thank you please stay connected." and like 3 other variations of that message. I finally ask "are you getting anywhere over there" and get left on read for 7 minutes and get transferred to someone new because they're having "technical issues". This advisor did their absloute best but they still wouldn't give me my pack or money back. Therefore I will have no other choice but to recontact my bank. Has anyone else expericed something like this. If you have what did you do? Connection Failed...
I'm trying to play Battlefront 2 but it wont connect to the EA servers... When I checked the EA app it says and I quote "We couldn't connect you to other players. If the problem persists, try restarting the app." Ive restarted the app, deleted and reinstalled it, did troubleshoot on my internet and on the app and even contacted EA support and everything was futile WORTHLESS. Ive been here for hours trying to connect and there's nothing solving this issue. Just to be clear I have a 990 mb/s internet speed (1 Gig/s) should be WAY MORE than enough to connect to the EA servers also, I downloaded a game and opened it but of course I couldn't even connect to the servers meaning I couldn't play online which makes absolutely no sense, I asked the support guy if I was shadow banned he said that there's no records of me being banned in any way and then said I had to wait for the concern team to solve the issue.SolvedKIMJONGUMX2 months agoSeasoned Newcomer213Views3likes2Comments
PŘIHLÁŠENÍ DO ÚČTU EA
Již dlouhá léta používám tuhle aplikaci ze začátku jsem ji hodně nedůvěřoval ale ok . Smířil jsem se i s tím že to nemá českou "lokalizaci A teď k mému problému Když se chci přžihlásit mám s tím docela obrovský problém . Zadam E- mail Zadám HESLO ALE chce to po mě "ověřovací kód PROČ ::: Může mi tohle někdo vysvětlit logicky ?? a když se vám to nelibí resetujte si heslo . Když tohle všechno podstoupím tenhle "zbytečný kolotoč ??TAk jeto zase znovu a znovu protože EA aplikaci nemám nikdy nainstalovanou v pc , protože tak často UŽ nehraju ,,,,😞 a proč ?? No protože MUSÍM HOLT podstupovat tenhle "mě zbytečný kolotoč "který mě ale přestává bavit ,..CHAPAL bych situaci kdybych ztratil heslo nebo něco podobného ale HESLO jsem nikomu neřekl a mám ho pořád stejné .. NIKDY jsem se tak nerozčiloval jako u tohodle , chápu že potřebujete mít kontrolu nad tím kdo se do aplikace přřihlašuje a kdo ji vlastní ale tohle už je i NA MĚ docela silné kafe. P.S. Oyunu oynamak istiyorum ancak EA hesabımı STEAM uygulamasına bağlamaya çalıştığımda ise "Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for be em*****@gmail.com An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime." uyarısını alıyorum. EA App opening itself constantly on MAC
Why is this an issue that I constantly have to deal with. The EA app enjoys verifying itself often and constantly through opening itself while I'm not even interacting with it nor any of its games at all. I can and will be doing anything else, ranging from scrolling randomly on the internet about animals to watching a movie, and it enjoys disturbing the peace by doing this. Why is this a thing? Why is this something the app can do? All by itself as well? The only way to actually make it go away quickly is to put it down with activity monitor on the mac, and half the time it has the audacity to make me enter my password as if it's some kind of high-admin task and potential risk I am performing. You are not my settings, EA, you're a horrible app that honestly acts like a virus 90% of the time. Stop this, and never do it again, preferably.Solved705Views1like1Comment
