Battlefield 3 and more missing since EA Play membership ended
My membership ended on 16th September which removed some of my games that I owned for many years like Battlefield Bad Company 2, Battlefield 3, Mass Effect 3, Medal of Honor 2010, Warfighter and more. I only get that notification on EA App please help I already contact support but still waiting.
Issue with Sims 3 Purchase
I’m extremely disappointed with the support I’ve received regarding two games I purchased on 13 September 2025: The Sims 3 World Bundle and The Sims 3 World Adventures. The issue was with World Bundle — I was unable to install it and did not receive a redeem code. I contacted EA Help via Connect Flow and spoke with Advisor Avinash, who suggested a refund. However, the refund was processed for World Adventures — the game that was working and that I intended to keep. I clearly informed Avinash that the refund link pointed to World Adventures, not World Bundle. He assured me, “once it is completed we will help you with the refund of the worlds.” I trusted this guidance and followed the steps. Today, I logged into The Sims 3 and found that I’ve lost access to World Adventures, despite having paid for both games. I reached out again and spoke with Advisor Vikas, stated that since the refund was initiated, he could only assist with the partial stuck refund — leaving me with no resolution and no access to either game. This has been a frustrating and confusing experience. I’ve paid for two games and now have access to neither. I noticed a minor translation issue on the pre-order page for Battlefield 6 in the EA App. The first sentence on the promotional page, "lock and load" was translated as "锁定装载". While this translation is not technically incorrect, it is inappropriate for a FPS game. Literally, "lock" means "锁定" and "load" means "装载" in Chinese. However, in firearms terminology, "lock" refers to the weapon’s bolt being in a locked position, and "load" means inserting ammunition into the gun. Together, these actions indicate that the weapon is fully prepared and ready to fire at any moment. Therefore, I believe translating "lock and load" as "枪已上膛" would be more accurate.Hey EA can you fix your customer support and help website?
I've been trying to unlink my EA account from my steam and XBOX IDs. Read the article, risks, and everything, and pressed the unlink button. However, when I refresh the page, the two accounts still remain linked. Is this a glitch on EA's part? I tried to unlink multiple times, which failed. The next course of action I take, make a case for it. After doing so, I use the customer service support just for the advisor to tell me to either follow the link they sent (which is just the **bleep** same unlink article that I've read multiple times already) or I should delete my account, which I don't want to considering I have a pack installed for my sims 4. I ask the advisor if there's any other way, and they said they can't do anything about it. (Mind you, this is the same support that helped me reclaim my account after it was initially compromised). After that fails, I return to my cases, and now my case got closed because there is no fix. However, I intend to resume it as I refuse to give up. I apologize for the heated post. It's just so frustrating because I feel like I've exhausted everything to try to do something as simple as unlinking accounts from my EA. I suggest EA finds a way to fix this ASAP because you cannot tell me this is how you help your community.
Restore ability to hide games in library
Since you just closed 4 year old topic suggesting restoring basic functionality (that was present in origin) here I am to create new one. Please restore ability to hide games or remove them from account. This is very important for games that are demos, betas or no longer available Why do I have to watch Bejeweled 3 every time I want to find battlefield in my library? Why do I have to watch ea sports madden nfl just because I clicked on wrong tile while I had EA Play and it was instantly added to my account? I cannot even play it, it requires me to purchase subscription again (tile is grayed out) so I really have no idea why is it even visible in my library... I want to hide all these ugly mistakes and keep my library clean. It would be plus if I could add tags or group games into custom groups but just this basic functionality of hiding games and optionally removing them from account would be great.One of the worst desktop applications I've ever seen
As a software developer, I don't remember the last time I've seen such a horrendous application. The amount of bugs I get weekly is absolutely mind blowing. I encounter new ones every week. On average, I have to restart the app at least 2-3 times before it successfully launches a game. Some days I'll try 10+ times and waste over an hour of my time to end up not even being able to play a single game. What's crazy is that it's been like this for over a year now, and not only has it not improved, it's actually gotten worse. I'm not usually the type to leave reviews, but I really had to take the time to leave this one. Seriously, what the hell is the dev team doing?
EA app/game setup process
It might be a groundbreaking next gen idea if you folks actually put some info on setup processes of games and ea app updates itself. Like was in Windows 7 era. Details you know? Which files goes where, file names, useful progress bars. No need for simple thinking. Entire world is already simple enough Thank you!
Closing sims 4 opens the ea app - Why?
This has been bugging me in Origin too. But at least there was an option to disable this. Which didnt work properly. Now this option is gone and every time I close my game the app opens only for me to close it again because I didnt open it myself nor do I need to see it flashing on my task bar as if its important. No other launcher behaves like this! Back then when I reported this for the first time a support person said it will be relayed to the devs. But that was years ago and now I report it again. Why? Because I have OCD. Its super annoying and unnecessary to design an app that opens by itself without user permission.
Fps counter + RPM menu in EAapp
Please add to the EA app, like Steam and other apps, the ability to turn on FPS display and a right-click menu with a shortcut to recent games. The old version of the EA app had something like this. It's a shame the app doesn't have these options from the start. Are you lacking talented programmers? I don't think so.No Family sharing option is some SICK kind of joke.
We all know that EA is doing everything to rip us off the money. Hundreds DLCs that contain things that should be in the base game and not gonna lie it's freaking expensive. But we all know that alredy. I acepted all that but it's some kind of sick joke that while i payed this much i still don't have the abilyty to share my games witch my family. When I shared my room with my little sister she was simply playing on my pc but now we have separate rooms ale she wanted to play whenever she likes. I serched how can I share my games witch my family and i found some sick regulations that prohibit any sharing of games or accounts. I'm really not rich and I was collecting my the sims 4 DLCs for years and I still don't have many and I won't allow my sister to pay as much as i did for things we already have at home just because some huge company wants more and more money even tho they treat their suporters/customers like **bleep**. I saw some people talking about this years ago but i don't see any change. And honestly I'm not even sure if I'm more mad or sad about it. I'm sad that i was so stupid as a kid that i decided i want to suport a company like this.Is two too many?
I'd like to raise the absolutely frustrating issue that when I turn around and turn on my second computer it signs into the app and kicks me out of what ever I'm doing on my one computer. Mid match, mid what ever it is I'm doing. If having two PCs signed in to a single account is just too much to handle then I submit a better way of dealing with this would be to halt the login on the new computer stating the account is already in use for several reasons. First if the account is compromised this will halt the proper own from logging in and the will be forced to take note of the issue. Second, by not disturbing wrongful user this gives the correct user the opportunity to fix the issue while the other is busy. Finally, this will not kick me out of what ever it is I'm doing just because I have two computers.
