Problems with installing the 10-hour trial version of FC 25
Good afternoon, I am a player from Ukraine and wasn’t sure which support team to contact. But I hope you will see this. Recently, I purchased an EA Play subscription on my PS5, and I wanted to download the 10-hour trial version of FC 25. However, the PlayStation Store shows an error when I try to get it and says that I already own the game. I can download all other EA Play games without any issues. I already contacted PlayStation Support, thinking it might be a PS Store issue, but they told me to reach out to you. Looking at this error, I think it might be related to the FC 25 Showcase, which I had previously claimed. I really hope you can help. I’ll attach all the videos showing the error both in the PS App and in the PS Store. I recently subscribed to EA play so that I could try out the Sims 3 before purchasing, and I've now decided that I would like to buy it. However, there is no option for me to purchase the game because it says I already own it with EA play. I cancelled my subscription and the game still launched after it expired, but Late Night did not work. The EA app said I already owned late night but I couldn't use it and I couldn't buy it. I tried uninstalling everything to no avail. Is there any way to buy this game and late night or do I just have to keep giving EA money every month??? I really don't wanna do that since I ONLY use the subscription for this one game.
I have xbox game pass but my ea account doesn't let me install any ea game.
I have gamepass. I have my account linked. But whenever i install a game it redirects me to to the game's page and ask me to pay for it even thought I already own gamepass. What do I do now? really don't want to consider this as a waste of money as I can't play any game i want in the ea app.
Cannot Renew EA Play Pro via PayPal (Payment Fails - Region Issue)
Hello EA Team, I have been trying to renew my EA Play Pro subscription for several weeks now using PayPal. Despite trying different cards linked to my PayPal account, all attempts have failed. I contacted PayPal support and confirmed that there are no issues with my account or cards. They also confirmed that the same card successfully processed an EA Play payment in December 2024. In my country (Azerbaijan), PayPal is the only available payment method for EA Play. Direct card payments and other payment methods are not available. This situation prevents me from renewing my subscription. I would also like to mention that I have been an EA account holder since 2010 and have been a long-time player and loyal customer of EA games, especially series like Battlefield and FIFA (now FC series). I have also noticed that many users from different countries are facing similar issues, which suggests this could be a broader problem. I canceled my subscription on April 17th, but was still billed for the subscription. I have tried two times to ask for a refund an they have both come back RESOLVED. I have not seen the refund yet. Any ides on how I should pursue this problem? I can't find a phone number to call them to talk to a real person. Clearly the phrasing for game availability at launch with an EA Play Pro subscription has changed at some point to "select titles" and existing subscribers who auto renewed should demand EA explain how this is not a breach of our original agreement as veteran subscribers. I only remain subscribed to EA pro for day 1 access to EA games otherwise I would pay significantly less for standard EA play or honestly not subscribe at all and purchase the game on sale post release. When did this policy change? Please forward us a link to the announcement of this change. New terms and agreements should not have applied to subscribers already enrolled without us specifically agreeing before allowing an auto renewal. I auto renewed my subscription expecting the same service. Completely unacceptable and not providing simple answers, even more so.
