Please add support for payments from Tajikistan (Visa cards)
Hello EA Team, I’m from Tajikistan, and I want to subscribe to EA Play / EA Play Pro, but my account is automatically set to Russia, and I cannot pay with my Visa card issued in Tajikistan. Tajikistan users are currently not able to buy games or subscriptions officially, because we are not listed as a supported country in the EA billing system. Please, consider adding Tajikistan as a supported region or allow payments with international cards (Visa/MasterCard) issued in Tajikistan. Unlike Russia, which is affected by sanctions, cards from Tajikistan work worldwide and can be used for international payments. There are many players in Tajikistan who want to support EA officially and play games like Battlefield, FIFA, Apex, etc., but currently cannot pay legally. EA Play Pro canceled without consent, now charging higher than promised.
I have an ongoing case about my EA Play Pro subscription that was cancelled without my consent. It says that it is waiting for me in the status section. My case numbers are "#224926512" and "#225064321". Is there any updates on it? I want to continue with my membreship with the said price. The emails that are sent to me are in the picture. One is belonging to year 2024, on that year, my subscription was succesful and I was a EA Play Pro member for the whole year, so don't mind that it says EA Play on the mails. You can check my membership status if possible to see I was a Pro member, and you can also see that I played FC 25 with it, which was not available to the regular EA Play members at the time. Plus, I already bought some FC Points because I thought that my membership would go on as promised. And I cannot connect to live chat to continue my case, so I am seeking help here. Please fix my issue so I can continue my membership as promised.
Payment failed, but money was charged. Support is more than unhelpful.
I paid for the EA Play Pro subscription but did not receive any access to it. The support team told me that I was “not charged,” yet my subscription appears as active on their end — which makes no sense. When I check my profile, nothing is enabled and I still cannot play any games.When I requested an invoice for the payment, support refused to provide one. So at this point, I’ve paid for nothing — I was charged and received no service in return.This feels like a scammy business practice, and I strongly advise others not to purchase EA Play Pro until EA addresses this issue.I have already contacted the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) regarding this matter, and I encourage anyone in a similar situation to do the same.I expect a formal apology from EA Support and the entire EA staff for this unacceptable experience.
EA Play Pro Not Activated, but Payment Was Charged
On October 11, 2025, I purchased an EA Play Pro subscription for one month. The system showed that the payment failed, but when I checked my bank account, I saw that the amount for the subscription had already been charged. However, my EA Play Pro subscription has not been activated. When I checked my order history on my EA account, it shows the status as “Failed.” I’ve attached a screenshot of this for reference. I’m very frustrated and concerned that I may have lost my money. Please look into this issue and contact me as soon as possible.

EA App Thinks I Don't Have EA Play Pro
When I go onto my account or look on the app it says I have EA Play Pro which I upgraded from EA Play to, but then when I go to download any EA Play Pro games or try access any EA Play Pro content it says this is unavailable and doesn't work for me. It is also still advertising the EA Play Pro subscription to me? Any fixes because this is painful...
Ea play Geforce Now auto login
Would you add the option to automatically log in to EA play via Geforce Now? It's very annoying that I have to enter my pass every now and then after a few hours of break. Please add automatic login to EA play like Steam, Epic Games, Ubisoft, Xbox have it. It would be very helpful.I can't pay for my EA PLAY PRO subscription.
Hello. I'm trying to pay for my EA PLAY PRO subscription with a bank card. When I click "Confirm," I get the error "We couldn't verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment information and try again. You can also use a different credit card or payment method, or contact your card issuer or bank." I should note that I'm from the Republic of Belarus and am trying to pay with a VISA BELARUSBANK card. That is, a Belarusian bank, not a Russian one. The card is fine; I've used it on other international websites without any problems. How can I resolve this error? I recently purchased an EA Play subscription without realizing that my existing Xbox Game Pass membership already includes EA Play access. After the purchase, I noticed that the EA App displayed a warning message indicating that this payment could be canceled. I bought ea play pro about a week ago and whenever i try to download certain games like Battlefield 6 or F1 25 it says This game is unavailable your not eligible to play this game and i have tried every method I've seen and nothings worked I've payed for the membership and i want to play the games that is included in it
Refund For EA Play Pro
I took out a subscription to EA Play Pro on the 10th of October to play Battlefield 6, I found out pretty quickly that it does not run well on my PC and I rather buy it on the PlayStation which I have now done and it runs much better. My issue comes from receiving a refund for the EA Play Pro subscription which I cancelled on the same day as I took it out, despite doing this it says it’ll renew in November and have still charged me £16.99, as stated on the EA website and UK consumer law as this was cancelled well within the 14 day cooling off period a full refund must be provided, have have raised number of support cases and have been told this is impossible via the support chat, considering it’s almost impossible to find the chat system and the waiting times are over 30 minutes and you can’t close the app or sleep the device, which is ludicrous btw, I feel this is the only option now. This is a disgrace and illegal, how do I get this escalated please, thank you for any help!EA play only showing 3 games to download
I use EA play to play UFC and all of a sudden, it says my trial ran out even though the full game is included. Then, I go to the play list and see there are only 3 games available… can this please be resolved ASAP otherwise I’m essentially being robbed. Before you ask, I’ve looked up other included games on the app store and no, I can’t download them from there either.
EA Play PRO subscription failed but charged
I see multiple people complaining about the same issue. Basically while trying to pay for EA Play PRO monthly, it said it failed but it was charged from my account, and subscription is not active. In account management, when i check order history, it says that subscription failed, but i still got charged. Anyone got help with any of this? Is there a solution i can try? Reached out to EA Help on twitter, no reply. Did a "ticket" on help page, but no reply of any kind. Not even sure that it went through, and no option for a live chat with support (tried via VPN from USA as well, no luck). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
