Anniversary shard
before the update it was said there is still 1 day to exchange anniversary shard?? I still have 900 anniversary shard, and now I cannot find the event anymore?? I still have not exchanged my hard earned shard, please is there any way that I can exchange my anniv shard or get them back??
Anniversary player cards invisible
What just happened? I opened the app, it gave me the “new content” message and immediately downloaded an update, and now I can’t see any of Anniversary player cards (including the one I apparently just one in a daily exchange). What’s going on with quality control at EA?Difficult to find "opponents" in VSA and manager
Some times it takes several minutes or more. It looks like people are tired of this game. Please add robots. I don't mean to play these modes to enjoy, rather I have to play them to finish daily tasks, otherwise the whole thing is locked until I can finish them.

That was my 45th ballon d'Or pack. but I didn’t get a single 112/113. But most of the users have got something between 10th to 30th pack. Why am I the only one suffering? Hello EA FC Mobile Team, I’d like to share a gameplay and progression idea that could make future season transitions smoother and fairer for all players. Currently, every full season reset erases all progress, which frustrates many long-time users. However, keeping the same system forever limits balance and technical growth. Idea: “Dynamic Handicap Restart System” Instead of a full reset, the next-generation FC Mobile (with a new engine and UI) could start with lower OVR cards — for example: Zidane 90, Valverde 87 — but with improved gameplay responsiveness and animations that make them feel as strong as today’s 113-rated cards. In other words, OVRs restart visually, but the gameplay power stays balanced through hidden modifiers. Advantages: Keeps player accounts, history, and engagement. Resets the meta and economy without punishing progress. Reduces power creep and pay-to-win frustration. Allows better optimization for mid-range devices. Creates a natural growth curve as OVRs rise again each season. Optional Implementation: Introduce a “Next Gen” version of FC Mobile with an improved engine (e.g., Frostbite Lite or Hypermotion V-Mobile). Keep account linkage (EA ID / Facebook / Google). Adjust balance internally through hidden gameplay tables. Re-release all players with new designs and realistic physics. This would let EA modernize the game without fragmenting the community or losing accessibility for lower-end devices. Thanks for considering this idea. It could be a balanced step forward for the FC Mobile experience.
Not allowed to progress in the game
This has happened 9 times now. I start a match, the game freezes up and kicks me back to the main menu, then the match goes on without me. It only happens when I'm at 9 stars. Am I not allowed to progress any further? I've reported it every time, not even a response. How many times more before you do something about it?Feedback/suggestions
As a long time fc mobile player, and a fifa mobile player when it used to be called that, I care about the quality of the game I play. i have a few suggestions regarding clubs/national teams. In my opinion, amount of clubs/ national teams needs to be expanded on. Especially regions like the Middle East and Africa, as well as Asia. Some of the most watched clubs in like Al Ahly (Egypt) who participated in the club World Cup, Zamalek (Egypt), Moroccan teams such as wydad, who participated in the club World Cup, South African teams like Mamelodi sundowns , who also participated in the club World Cup, and kaizer chiefs. Many of these clubs are global powerhouses that has the same, if not more amount of followings as many clubs in the game already. regarding national teams, I understand if licensing is an issue, but all you can do is simply add the countries flag, without the crest, as it bypasses licensing issues. thanks a lot, I appreciate this outlet to share feedback.Unfair Kicking from League “KING INDO” by Admins to Steal Rewards
Hello EA Team, I’m reporting unfair behavior in the FC Mobile league “KING INDO.” The league admins, especially [CM - Names removed from your post as "name and shame" is not allowed. ] have been kicking active members just before season end to take more rewards for themselves. I was Rank 2 in contribution and helped raise the league level to 89, but I was removed before claiming my league token rewards (around 63,633 tokens). This feels abusive and unfair, especially since members contribute all season. Please review this case and help me get my rightful league token rewards or take action against the admins for misuse of league control. This is regular occurence in leagues. Please also make safeguards for the players. Hi, I'm from LATAM. It happened to me that I got disconnected from two Head-to-Head matches due to a network error — the message said: network problem (granada). What’s strange is that I was able to play normally in VS Attack mode. It’s weird that the connection drops right after I had been winning several matches in a row. It made me drop in rank, and I think that’s really unfair.League Rewards
Can you please increase the rewards in league. the rewards are pointless and meaningless. they don't really have value. My league is currently on level 91 right now, and we are almost at level 100, with 1 day left, but what i am suggesting is to make the rewards better, worth the grind, because your telling me that you only put two 106-113, and one 104-113 in the league rewards. That's unacceptable. level 1, level 15 and level 25. and the rest are just **bleep**. gems, coins, base players, training transfer tokens, etc. please make the rewards better.Can’t play h2h or vs attack
I honestly don’t understand what’s going on with FC Mobile right now, but this whole matchmaking problem has become unbearable. For almost a week now, I can barely play online — every time I try Head-to-Head or to play with friends, it just says “Matchmaking Failed.” It’s not a network issue, it’s not a device issue, and it’s clearly not just me because many people in my region are facing the same thing. Once in a while it connects, but that’s so rare it almost feels like luck. If this is some kind of server problem or intentional change, EA should at least communicate with us. It’s unfair to keep players in the dark while we can’t even enjoy the main part of the game. Please fix this or at least let us know what’s happening, because this silence is frustrating and it’s really killing the fun of the game.Inconsistent Gameplay in both H2H and VSA
The gameplay is inconsistent in both H2H and VSA. (Only talking about FC Champion Rank) In H2H you will find three types of gameplay. First, you may get legendary level gameplay, where your players sit idle while opponents 11 players play too fast for you at a time. You just sit and watch them to make goals. Second, You may get world class level gameplay, where you and your opponents both play with the single player and other players somewhat synchronised and this is the fair gameplay mode in my view. Third, You will find semi-professional gameplay, where your 11 player plays together and opponents sit idle and watch you make goals. Most of the times they left after 2-3 goals withing 20-30 min of the game. And you need to play with auto mode rest of the time. In VSA also against some opponent opponent defenders and gk seems inhuman even goal bar plays as a goal keeper, greatest chances given too far away that consumes more time. If it is the most cases I would think I can't play but that not the case as Against most opponents I find it easy to score 11-13 goals per match. I am too much confused about the manager mode. Your cm with more than 200 in pass gives wrong pass! So there is nothing to discuss.
