Hello EA Support, I believe there may be an issue with my team OVR calculation in FC Mobile. My squad contains multiple 124-rated players that are fully ranked and trained to level 30, including Messi, Dembélé, Pedri, Ze Roberto, Aimar and others, but my team still remains at 123 OVR. I compared my squad to another team that has fewer high-rated players and less training, yet that team displays 124 OVR. I would appreciate it if you could review my account’s OVR calculation system to confirm whether it is working correctly. Hi I play EA sports FC mobile my uid was [Snip]i was playing this game since 2024 and this id was linked by my EA account and my mail id was [edit: email address removed] and in OCTOBER 2025 someone hacked my Account and then i send a mail to EA and inform them about this and attached reciept of a pack i bought but they didnt revert but i was able to play my game , today when i log in my game i wasnt able to login that acc insted i login my spare acc when i go to EA help and Go to my cases i found EA banned my Account permanently because someone tried to change credentials many times my hard work of 2 years just got vanish just because of some hackers. When I try to login it always switches me to Google play profile.. it doesn't ask to login with EA account. Also when I try to switch from settings - Link accounts, EA profile is read only and ticked. I am not sure what that means. Cleared and reinstalled but nothing, it still defaults to my old 120ovr account instead of my 122 ovr. I am logged in ea.com with my proper account on a browser, yet the popup to login to EA doesn't show up. Hello, I would like to report a possible bug or suspicious behavior in VS Attack mode. I played against a player (OVR 122). The score was 12-5 in my favor, and right after the opponent scored his 5th goal, he appeared to leave/disconnect from the match. However, instead of receiving the win, the game later counted the match as a loss for me. This does not seem normal because I was leading the match comfortably before the opponent left. I am not sure if this was caused by a server synchronization issue, a bug, or potentially some type of exploit/hack. Please investigate this match and verify whether there is an issue with the match result system. Bellow, I have attached 2 screenshots. Amikor támadnak engem, váltok a védőimre vissza huzodnék direkt rá szalad az ellenfélre vagy teljesen mást csinál szét nyílnak a védőim segítve az ellenfélnek gólt lőni, nem beszélve arról minden pattant labda az ellen félhez megy nem is kell rohanni a labdaért idegesítően ki számítható olyan 70% ban érzem a saját kezemben az irányítást teljesen el rontja a helyzeteimet tudnék szerezni 2-3 gólt direkt el rontja az Ai máshova passzol vagy máshova irányítja a helyzet ki alakulását, amint egy jobb csapattal játszom mint az enyém ez még rosszabbá válik. Láthatóan a drágább nehezebben meg szerezhető játékosok az ellenfélnél ingyen gólokat szereznek lényegében, ez ugy érzem magasan pénz irányult játék lett az algoritmus azt tolja akinek magasabb az over vagy épp többet költött pénzt a játékra 122 csapatom van 7-8 csillagom van h2h ba champion de mintha direkt az ellenfeleknek ingyen gólokat osztana ad egy ingyen gólt nekem. How do we report suspected cheating in League Tournaments?
We’re in a very evenly matched league tournament and, while our top players are only able to muster 29-32 goals over three matches, our opponents have several players throwing up scores of 37 (despite no OVR advantage). This just doesn’t seem likely absent the use of an exploit. My own attacks contained multiple possessions that felt abnormally “sludgy” and where the action seemed to suddenly lurch forward at times causing me to lose possession. It just doesn’t seem plausible that our opponents are putting up perfect scores if they facing similar circumstances (which they should be given we are even on OVR).
