Hey Why was I put up against a 40 star FC Champion player when I am a 0 star player. And why is it like sometimes even after we click on the Cancel button matchmaking is still done and when we are casually strolling there pops up a message that your match against (player name) is over. My account has been tampered with and my progress ruined
Hello EA Support, My FC Mobile account has been compromised and severely damaged without my permission. Here is what happened: I lost several valuable players, including Haaland, Kroos, Rivaldo, and many players rated between 111 and 115. My Gems were reduced from 30,000 to only 3,000. My League Points dropped from 40,000 to 9,000. My Extra Time Tokens suddenly increased to 60,000, which I did not earn myself. I did NOT share my account information with anyone, and I believe my account was accessed by someone else. Please investigate this issue as soon as possible and help restore my account to its previous state if possible.
