Madden 26 I am still shocked and confused
Madden 26 I am still shocked and confused why this game is sent out when it is completely broken. How do you install wear and tear/ progressive fatigue and not have it work? When one player has a good run, barely gets touched. He still loses speed, carrying, acceleration etc etc. This is Not how players work. They get a break in between plays and many rbs get stronger as the game goes. This is one large issue but there are thousands of them. Loading takes too long, body weight doesnt change when creating players, the Ai decisions are still not good enough. The pass coverage is still terrible. Fix this game or refund your buyers. My goodness. You had good weather in madden 09. Why not just keep improving from that time? To say you added weather in 2025 is a slap in the face to usTackles For Loss Stat/Run Blocking Slider
For years now, the game has kept the game stat of tackles for loss incorrectly. Currently the game counts sacks and half sacks as tackles for loss as well, but it only does so in games played in simulated games, it does not do this therefore, your entire defense will always lead the league in tackles for loss. Another issue with the game currently is that the run blocking slider is not sensitive enough. I have it set to 100 for both user and CPU and the average tackles for loss per team per game are still around 7, even when I subtract for sacks. This number should be closer to 3 to 5.Talent Evaluator Ability Doesn’t work
In franchise mode using the head, coach scout ability, talent evaluator does not work. In fact, it takes away unlocked talent ranges when activated. I had almost every wide receivers talent ranged unlocked then turned on that ability to try to unlock more and other positions. And it took away and re-hid all of the unlocked ranges. Thoughts?Running Quarterbacks....
Anyone else think that running and/or scrambling QB's are wildly overpowered?? Seems my defenders stand still until the cpu QB is past them, then they chase. Doesn't seem to matter what team, what players either, they all run like Lamar Jackson when they line up against you. My guy? Can't even make a QB sneak on 4th & Inches. I think they are try6ing to do away with Franchise by making it ridiculous. They want MUT only to sell, sell, sell.How do I get a refund?
How do I go about getting a full refund for all my purchases on this pathetic game you guys seem to mess up on every new update. Zero updates blocked, all the defensive linemen continue to jump unrealistic like to block passes and Offensive linemen are disengaging from blocks and starting that the defender run right past them and then attempt to chase them like mentally challenged people! What is wrong with the poor developers of this game and why can’t you seem to have a game that works normally offline!? I want my money back yesterday because it is ridiculous this game is still **bleep**ty!Can we get a general manager mode?
I think it would be great to not get fired every time I demand a release because I’m bored of being with one team and want to try something different. The hockey game has this why? Why wouldn’t the NFL have it? It would almost be like owner mode, except I don’t have to adjust the price of peanuts. Seriously EA get this fixed. After drafting in Franchise mode the game freezes when reviewing the draft class. I've deleted my profile and reinstalled the game. The last update broke franchise mode. This just recently started for the first time on a franchise I just started I just got too free agency week 2 for it and now it’s starting continuously kicking me out after I try to advance in anyway, even when trying to aim straight to the draft or next season. After every kick out form franchise I get an error saying Your league has been unloaded due to server issues.Madden 26 Franchise Gameplay Problems
All of the fixable problems I have run into in Madden 26 so far. The truck stick doesn't work at all. Opponents' defensive players transport through receivers to intercept the ball, as well as D-linemen transport through my blockers. Once a play is done, I try to hurry up my offense, but it doesn't work. Not being able to change who is on my kick off return formation, which lead to my best DB getting injured and out for the year. An odd thing that doesn't make sense is why there are such strong winds within a closed-roof stadium. Had a WR in motion pre-play, and they ran into my TE, which forced them offside. While tackling a QB, the slide animation happens, allowing they to exit the tackle and gain more yards. WR/TE's catching balls through defensive players.6 Feature suggestions for franchise mode
Personalized owner restrictions/tendencies. Take the Cincinatti Bengals for example, they have a tendency to let star players walk (Think Joe Mixon, Jessie Bates, etc.) and cut cheaper contracts to lower quality players. Though a team like the Ravens or Buccaneers are more likely to retain their players. I think a personalized restriction, like only being able to spend 30mil in free agency though your cap space could be 90mil, placed upon by the owner would be an immersive feature. UDFA Bidding. as seen in NFL head coach 09, Post draft you could opt-in to bid on UDFAs. Now, unlike current franchise, you aren't able to see those players overalls or dev traits. So, maybe a bidding system with a max limit of udfas to a team would make them seem more valuable and people could get more involved in the player pool. Scheme Fit Matters. Currently the only reason to bring in a player is based purely on factors like ovr, dev trait, or age. Though if there is a boost to a player's performance for fitting in the coaches scheme, say maybe an ovr boost placed upon certain stats, would make you think about going for someone who is a few ovr less. Thus being how teams operate in real life. Extensive coaching trees. If say you were doing a cardinals rebuild, maybe you would really want to go out and invest heavily in the best wr coach on the market to help develop Marvin Harrison Jr., maybe there could be a system using your coaching points to where you can develop these coaches and if their players out-perform expectations, or if they unlock too many traits, maybe an opposing team could poach them and make them an OC/DC. Coaching Budget. Now in real life, there is no coaching salary cap, what teams spend is based purely upon the franchises. So, if the previous idea is implemented, something to think about instead of going and getting all of the best position coaches, there is now a budget placed upon by the owner. Compensatory picks (self-explainable)Can we get run pass ratio sliders? Or at least an update to AI play calling?
The CPU's run to pass ratio, at least in offline franchise, isn't realistic. As of now, the CPU passes far too much and it effects every other aspect in franchise - stats, player because of inflated/ deflated numbers and player growth. In the NFL, most teams run about 45% of the time. In the game, the CPU only calls runs about 20% of the time, 30% if you're lucky. This has a huge effect on the flow and realism of each game. It also makes end season stats meaningless when sack/ passing numbers are astronomical and my defense is repeatedly ranked 32nd, not because of poor play but simply because every game is a shoot out.
