Hello, Each year our small group puts together a fantasy draft league for the offseason that’s very active! PS5 and Xbox users both. my GT is STAL BOOGEY MAN and on Xbox. we looking for good people and ZERO QUITTING/AUTOMATIC BOOT. This is for fun. I have a discord for the league. This year it’s a major problem with the draft classes and editing them. If you edit a draft class and change the players appearance and then export that file it doesn’t save. Instead when you draft them in the game every player in the draft class is now a generic player with no accessories and the same face. Very frustrating especially when you spend hours editing a classAI Pass Defense Broken
How after 10 years or so they still havent fixed the broken pass coverage? You can mess with the gameplay sliders, all that, it does NOTHING. You can have 2 corners that are 99 OVR going against a 67 OVR QB with slow receivers and NO MATTER WHAT your defense is getting cooked every time. I gave up after 10 years of hoping the NFL would give 2K the license or something so decided to download Madden 26 on my PS5 assuming that they would have fixed that very basic thing that has been broken since at least Madden 13 and it's terrible. And messing with the sliders does nothing, you can set pass coverage and pass def reaction time to 99 and your defense will still give up wide open plays every time. Before I just give up and delete the game does anyone have a solution?Skill level bug in franchise?
My friends and I are seeing a bug where our main menu settings is overwriting the franchise set skill level. The franchise is set to all madden but if you have all-pro or rookie set at the main menu then that is the difficultly of the game. This is making it unfair for those who are playing all madden cpu vs lower cpu skill. Is this a known issue? Anyone have a way to fix this?GHOST COACH ISSUE
They still haven't fixed this for franchises yet? I have 30 users and 2 open spots, but CANNOT fill those spots because of the GHOST COACH issue... I don't understand how they haven't resolved this, or helped those who have this issue!! I am hoping that, when it comes around to the offseason, and coaches get fired, it will resolve the ghost coach issue... BUT I do not know IF you have any info that I do not know, let me know. Madden 27 really needs to modernize the generated player face system, ideally by aligning with the EA College Football head system and using AI or procedural generation. Right now Franchise Mode suffers badly from immersion issues where rookies look far older than their listed age, heads appear too small or poorly proportioned for player bodies, and after only a few draft classes the league becomes filled with identical, PS2-era looking 40+ year old clones. This completely breaks the Franchise experience, especially during draft presentations where new prospects look unrealistic and repetitive. Other sports games handle this far better, including EA College Football, EA NHL, MLB The Show, and NBA 2K, all of which generate younger, more varied, and better-proportioned players over long careers. Madden is currently behind both other EA franchises and competing sports titles in this area. Player identity is foundational to Franchise Mode, and when the league becomes visually unbelievable after a few seasons, it kills long-term engagement. Madden 27 is the right opportunity to address this and bring generated players up to modern standards.Madden 26 updated rosters not working
I'm in Xbox series X. I tried downloading the latest rosters, and (in the creation center tab) it showed that rosters were loaded. But when I attempt to load a offline solo franchise with the updated rosters, it just defaults back to the base (non-updated) rosters. I've tried everything, and both Ashish (ea representative) and I agreed that this was a most likely a game glitch. I don't know why, despite it saying I loaded the rosters, they're clearly not loaded whenever I try to do something in franchise mode. Does anyone know a way to fix this, or is this Ea needing to fix their game?Madden Franchise Mode
All I want is a year where the franchise mode is a priority and realistic to real life instead of wasting your time on MUT. Please!! Not just in game experience but a real GM mode where it’s more realistic to real life. Maybe be able to hire not just coordinators but full staff like position coaches to impact player development and week to week performance. Is this too much to ask for?An online franchise mode will be held by Japanese users.
Since Madden 20, we've been gathering Japanese users on platforms like X to hold events. We've organized it so that trade negotiations are carried out between users on Discord, trades with the CPU are prohibited, and there are restrictions on stats in CPU matches, among other rules, in order to provide a more realistic NFL experience. It's a lot of fun and offers intense matches that you can't experience in MUT or regular H2H. However, just like with other online franchise modes, there are inevitably some dropouts from time to time. What are some ways to find new people? Is there an official Discord or something like that? This year in Franchise mode, players height and weight can be edited. I play in CFM cash leagues and there is no way to monitor when a players height and weight has been changed. If a players cleats are changed, it just shows up in the recent transaction screen as "Player X has been edited". In the past, edits to height and weight could not be done but this year they can be. I have been seeing many 6'6 wideouts and 6'5 corners after the draft occurs. I propose that either: A. All player edits are displayed with what was changed so that this can be monitored B. Disable the editing of height and weight. I would prefer A and also adding that if a players Dev Trait has been changed by a commissioner that information be shared in the transaction screen.
