A complaint to PopCap and Electronic Arts. Dear, PopCap & EA I declare a complaint about Plants vs. Zombies 2, in PvZ 2 it no longer attracts more people because it does not bring new worlds, new missions, new events or anything exclusive to PvZ 2. Lost all progress
Lost all my progress including in-game purchases, coins and gems. I still have all my achievements but other than that, I’ve been reset to level 1 with none of my plants I’ve bought and none of the items I earned. I didn’t delete my game, and it was backed up on iCloud but somehow I can’t recover it. I don’t know why I’ve been reset and this is absolutely ridiculous. Since I have seen many posts from people who have lost their accounts I am making this post. First of all. If you have not lost your progress, please take a screenshot of your “Download Preferences” under the full settings menu. It’s right under the “show rent a plant offers” setting. If you have lost your progress, (this sadly wont’ work if you don’t have a screen shot of your “Download Preferences” from before the wipe) Go on the EA help website, ( https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ ) go to pvz2, and open a case about your lost progress. (send screenshots of your account and device number before and after the data loss. you might have to play some levels to see the after data loss progress) When someone contacts you in your emails about it, reply so they know its still a problem after a while, if all goes well, they will give you another email saying they got your account back. Only thing that doesn’t come back are which plants you’ve favorited, everything else will be there. This worked for me and time for them to get your progress back varies. The travel log quest for fighting different zombies with buff and bruises with fila mint plants has a game breaking bug. Going to a loading state, (IE going into almanac and out) resets the quest as complete and can be done an infinite amount of times giving 30 seeds divided into 10s for 3 plants. I would be lying if I said I didn’t take some advantage of this bug, I realized what I was doing was wrong after 3 or 4 minutes. This bug threatens the plant leveling system greatly. I lost 10 years plus worth of progress after changing my phone
Hello, three days ago I changed my phone from iPhone 14 Pro to 16 Pro. After finishing the configuration of the new phone through mirroring, everything looks okay. PvZ2 was installed but when I opened the app, it asked me to create new profile. I reported this issues twice and two cases were opened and closed by the system without offering any solutions. Hey there everyone! I'm new here and had a genuine question about PvZ2. How long does a new plant have (days) between going from Early Access, to costing $14.99 and then costing $9.99? (Days for each I mean) ALSO! When a plant is gone (After being in the $9.99 spot for awhile. For me it's Blaze Leaf btw) do they come back around for purchasing again and if so, how long does it usually take for them to return to be purchasable and how much are they?? Plant glitch in arena PVZ2
Occasionally, in arena mode, the plants get locked. For example, moments ago I selected Tile Turnip to plant in an arena battle, and it planted Draftodil instead, no matter how many times I chose different plants. This has happened to me three times over the last month, with no patterns or similarities between the circumstances (different plant rosters each time) other than the consistent glitch.
