MAJOR CHAT ISSUES IN ALL POGO GAMES
THERE ARE MAJORRRRR chat issues in ALL games! Friends and I TRIED to chat while playing Canasta and everything comes out like this ####! In Game Chats, Table chats, AND PC chats! ANNNND My account got suspended for 7 DAYS recently! They said I said BAD WORDS but I did NOT! Now it's Censoring ALL chats! PLEASE HELP? WOULD ALSO be GREAT if we had a button to click to report in game issues!

Okay, raise your hand if this sounds familiar: You're absolutely CRUSHING it in Sweet Tooth Town, feeling great, you make a satisfying move and then crickets. Nothing. The game just freezes as you stare at the screen .... Completely stuck. 😏 Unfortunately, the problem persists for players, and I know it's incredibly frustrating. Let's stop the freezing gremlins! To help identify exactly what is occurring, please answer these four questions: Which level is freezing for you? (very important) Where does the freeze occur? During Sweet Play (random level feature)? During regular play (selecting your own level)? Both? When exactly does the game freeze? After making the first move? During a specific animation or effect? At a different point in the level? What are you working with? What browser? (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) Operating System? (Windows, Mac, etc.) The more specific information we can provide to the team, the better chance they have of fixing this issue for everyone! Even if you've only experienced it once, your input matters. Thank you for taking the time to help improve the game for all of us! Bought the badge “Kim the Star” in Canasta. There was a glitch after I hit the button to pay for it & said “try again later”. However, I noticed that my gems had decreased so I checked my gem transactions in my account profile and the glitch allowed them to take the gems (of course), but it didn’t allow me to activate the badge. I have paid for it, but now can’t play it. Tried to report it on the EA help page, but there was not a way to do it there. Any ideas? (YES, I KNOW THIS IS A MEMBERS FORUM and no one here can wave a wand for me. Just thought someone else may have had this issue & can tell me how they solved it.)Merge Academy - Constellation Tier Rewards?
I just completed Silver tier 15 in the current Pogi Constellation which was supposed to award me with 50 energy and 20 coins in Merge Academy. But just as in all the previous Merge Academy constellation tier awards that I earned, those awards did not appear in my Merge Academy game. No increase in game energy and my coin balance remained the same. Am I missing a step, or is it a bug?Quinn's Aquarium - No fish received for sheels
about 3 days ago. I was playing until I reached 1000 shells so I could but the 21 types of fish for my tanks. I purchased the one, it was fine, then I purchased the other fish for 500 shells and it took the shells, but did not place the fish in the tank and then as if it froze, I could not play anymore
Solitaire Home story Error
Home story has been down for a week for me. I have tried everything on my end to remedy the issue. If you look at my badge challenge I got almost half way so it was working. I have also tried to play it not as a club member and the game works so it can’t be my IPad it has to be a game glitch. I hope it can be fixed soon before my badge challenges is over. I have played three chapters of the game so far but have not gotten any credit for the items I found. Please look into this and fix the issue ASAP. Thank you. My Pogo screen name is Rosegirl397. I'm using chrome on an Android phone. I completed the recommendations such as cleaning the cache and restarting my phone.n Thank you.
