Railroad connection issue Sunny Islands
Hi - I have tried to rearrange some railroads in Sunny Isles to make use of the newly available stations (thank you for that by the way) but somehow bulldozed the railroad over the bridge connecting islands. I recently purchased the Police Headquarters building using seasonal currency, and yet every time I try and look in my storage, it’s nowhere to be found. I checked the Maxis shop and it shows I’ve already purchased it, and I checked the city album which also says I have it available. However when I click the “show me” button, it brings me to the police tab with no Police Headquarters building there. I have not placed this building anywhere in my city, as I have not even gotten the chance to select it due to this issue. Originally I intended to only buy 1 copy of this building, but when the first one didn’t show up I tried buying another with yet again no success. I’ve spent too much currency at this point to have gotten nothing, please help. Wanted to highlight this as it'll likely take time to get noticed in the general feedback thread. My biggest region - which produces most of my NeoSims, which I will need to get through this, is plummeting in happiness. 17% already, it'll soon hit 0%. Buildings are starting to get abandoned, though not at the rate I'd expect for the happiness levels. They then want me to renovate them. I have 338 RZs in this region - that will be very damaging if I need to renovate all of these Odd it is only happening in one region - and annoying that it is my most densely populated one. Greetings, Mayors, and welcome to Services 2.0! Here’s everything you need to know about the new update. Services 2.0 brings upgradeable Service buildings to SimCity BuildIt! This new system makes managing your city’s services more strategic, interactive, and rewarding. ℹ️ Notice: This will be gradually activated for all players. If you don’t see the new features yet, don’t worry—they will be available to everyone soon! The rollout is happening in stages, so keep an eye out for updates in your game. This ensures a smooth experience for all Mayors as the new system goes live. During the rollout, any negative effects from service coverage—like abandoned buildings or unhappy citizens—will be temporarily paused, so you can explore Services 2.0 without worry. Plus, we’ll be sending out special gifts to help you get started and make the transition even sweeter! Here’s a step-by-step guide to how it works: 1. Unlocking Service Buildings As you level up your city, you’ll unlock different types of service buildings—like Fire, Police, Health, Water, Power, and more. Each service type starts with the smallest building, and bigger, more powerful buildings become available as your city grows. This means you’ll always have new options to keep your citizens happy and safe. 2. Placing Service Buildings When you place a service building, it starts at upgrade level 1. Each Area Service Building has a coverage area (the part of your city it can serve). Capacity Service Buildings tell you how many Residential Zones (RZs) the building can support within its coverage area. If you have more homes than your building’s capacity, some won’t be fully served! 3. Upgrading Service Buildings Now, you can upgrade most service buildings! Upgrading increases their capacity, so they can serve more homes. Upgrades cost Simoleons for standard service buildings, and other in-game currencies for special service buildings. You’ll see upgrade stats in the building’s info panel and tooltips, so you can plan ahead. 4. Managing Coverage and Capacity Here’s the trick: every home in your city needs to be covered by a service building with enough capacity. If a service building’s capacity is maxed out, extra homes in its area won’t be served, which can lead to problems like abandonment. One home can be serviced by multiple service buildings —so make sure your upgrades and placements are strategic! 5. Bulldozing and Refunds If you need to reorganize your city, you can bulldoze the standard service buildings. You’ll get a partial refund based on the building’s level. Special service buildings can be stored but not bulldozed. 6. UI Feedback and Service Demand The game’s UI will help you manage your services. You’ll see icons and stats showing the service demand, so you know when it’s time to upgrade or add new buildings. In addition, use your city's Report Card to spot any issues! If something's wrong—such as homes not being served—you’ll see problem icons and receive guidance through the Report Card, making it easy to identify and resolve problems quickly. 7. Progression and Strategy As your city grows, service demand increases. You’ll need to keep upgrading and adding service buildings to keep up. How do we report bots in this game? My team is matched up against this opponent which consists of all bots, all with same average war score of 50,000, and all have around 100,000 population. Hey guys, I just came back to Simcity since a lot of years of inactivity, and I quickly learned about the emergency buildings capacity, which cannot exceed a set service request, as before i quit simcity this sistem wasn't used, the emergency building covered a specific area but with no limitations as how many buildings it could cover in that area. Problem is, as I logged into my old account, which was created in 2016, i checked my emergency buildings and they still used the old system (next to the capacity it said "infinite", just like the Maxis building). Could this probably be because my old account is level 38? Or because it was created before the new update? How do i get infinite capacity on my new account? Hi, I have just tried to increase my storage space capacity from its current level of 1,000 but it has decreased it back to 995 !! I can’t say I’m that happy as it takes time to get the padlocks, bars & cctv cameras. Only to be reduced rather than increased. unable to log into store
two days ago I started being unable to log into the store to collect my daily free gift. I get a pop up saying I must enable functional cookies but I can't find that setting anywhere in my brave on my phone. it says if I don't enable functional cookies then I have access to email login only. but then when I click connect it only offers me the options of Google account, Apple account or Facebook account login and all three are grayed out and inaccessible. there is no option for email login. Hello so I want to free up some spaces in my omega storage (it's full) and i want to sell these items but the amount of neo-simoleons will exceed the limit. If I sold them, would I get the exact amount although it exceeded the limit or I would just get the amount to the limit of the neo bank? The game has severe graphical glitches. The background shows black and pink checkerboard patterns, and most of the buildings and structures appear completely white, losing all textures. Some menus and icons still display normally, but the overall screen looks broken, as if the textures failed to load. Every time this happens, I have to close and reopen the game to continue playing, but after only a few minutes the issue comes back. This occurred many times today, making the game nearly unplayable.
