Our EA Forums team will actively read and monitor the discussion, and your feedback will be shared directly with the studio. Significant game lag. Cannot play.
Animations spin for 1 second and then freeze for 3 seconds. Can collect 1 item from Factories and then wait 3 seconds before collecting another item. Can not add items to Factories. Cannot vote. Cannot do anything in the game other than chat. Chat is working, but it has a delay when opening and after submitting a message.Game Crash on iPad (10th Gen.)
iPad 10th Generation iPadOS 18.6.2, the game version is 1.74.2.150717 the game crashes when I open the menu for public services and tap on one of the services, it opens the tapped service menu (fire, police, health, power, education..) and the instant its opened it freezes no message, it just freezes and the screen distorts i am basically unable to play the game and its even worse with the services 2.0 update where i need to be able to access the menu my city is called Lorenz Eiland, Level 81 if you need anymore information please contact me and please fix the issueCheaters
Why aren't the problems with cheaters being solved??? Every second war is with cheaters, you can't play with them. Even though I always report them, nothing happens. I invested a lot of real money into the game, I've been playing for about 12 years, I don't like it like this. Cheaters don't pay anything and they ruin the game. You can't build a 20 level B Movie Monster or Shield Buster while waiting. Solve it!Game crashes with pink pixelated screen
I’ve got the same problem that multiple others are experiencing with the game crashing when trying to move or add a services building into the capital city. EA support said log it on here. Only happens in capital city. I can’t complete the services update until this is resolved as the game crashes all the time. When accessing service menu… choosing items in stock, or applying roadways or fixing roadways, the screen freezes in black background with some elements and is not responsive. This since latest update… tried deleting and reinstalling to iPad twice and nothing changed… oddly problem does not occur on other cities….. WTF?Some Omega Buildings Give Fewer Neosimoleans
When I collected Neosimoleans from my Omega buildings some gave the usual maximum of 200, but others only gave 98. It seems like about half my buildings were affected. Is this another side effect of Services 2.0? Not only does Services 2.0 require massive Neosimolean investments, but now it also reduces the amount you can collect
my cities water, sewage, and power services
Hello Sim City Build It Forum I have a issue with my cities water, sewage, and power services. One moment everything is working fine and then the next moment it shows that its not working. I have a lot of bridges in my city and I think there is bug in the bridges that is preventing my services from reaching the residential zone. Before all of this happened I changed my city a little bit by adding a row of lakes and ponds to the first 2 spaces on the Main Side where the Entrance is. Everything got moved over 2 spaces as I kept the same design and all my services have double the capacity needed. Is there a Limit of how long a bridge can be before it can't function properly with services connecting to residential zone's? I'm level11 with a 169,595 population I sent a report to SimCity BuildIt staff and got a reply with information I already knew, I felt it I was given a automated response from the "support worker" and gave him a bad score for how he answered my Issue's concern. I have a strong feeling its a bug or glitch on their endServices 2.0 Balance Issues in SimCity BuildIt
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the recent Services 2.0 update in . Since the update, cities that were previously stable are now facing major balance problems. Service buildings have become significantly more expensive, their coverage has been reduced, and many long-established cities are being forced into large-scale rebuilding just to maintain basic functionality. This has created unexpected challenges for players who have invested considerable time and effort into developing their cities. These changes have disrupted the balance and stability of existing cities and negatively affected the overall gameplay experience. I respectfully request that your team review and rebalance the Services 2.0 system, especially with consideration for cities built under the previous system. Resolving these issues is essential to maintaining game stability and preserving the trust and satisfaction of long-term players. Thank you for your time and attention. I really wish you would add additional cities for mayors to build in. I also wish you wouldn't make it next to impossible to reach the final city. The population needs to be 10 gazillion and I'm not even close to getting there and my other 4 cites are at building capacity! How will I ever get to unlock the final city?? Please help!
