Game Crash on iPad (10th Gen.)
iPad 10th Generation iPadOS 18.6.2, the game version is 1.74.2.150717 the game crashes when I open the menu for public services and tap on one of the services, it opens the tapped service menu (fire, police, health, power, education..) and the instant its opened it freezes no message, it just freezes and the screen distorts i am basically unable to play the game and its even worse with the services 2.0 update where i need to be able to access the menu my city is called Lorenz Eiland, Level 81 if you need anymore information please contact me and please fix the issue
SimCity Buildit Services 2 a disaster and extortion
I have about 8000 000 sims living in my capital and regions. Now they are downed in sewage, don’t have electricity, water and so much more, because someone at EA thought it a brilliant plan to make every service building already built upgradable and each building are at its lowest level. 1,4 simeleons is just not enough and what about the Omega service buildings are a worse situation. Why was all services made upgradable at once? It seems EA has not learned from the last SimCity when it had to be online all the time before it was really possible. This game has just been made unplayable and is a deep virtual pit… Has Trump’s tariffs migrated to SimCity Buildit? The way EA handle their mess will translate into if I will be leaving the game for good.Cheaters
Why aren't the problems with cheaters being solved??? Every second war is with cheaters, you can't play with them. Even though I always report them, nothing happens. I invested a lot of real money into the game, I've been playing for about 12 years, I don't like it like this. Cheaters don't pay anything and they ruin the game. You can't build a 20 level B Movie Monster or Shield Buster while waiting. Solve it!Services 2.0 upgrade
I tried the provided solution from the customer service help desk. It doesn’t work, I quit the game and restarted my device three times and still the game freezes with a disorganized screen with multiple colors. And when I answered no to the question of problem solved, I was given a multiple choice question of how can we help? It was as the system wasn’t aware of the ticket I have open. Kept asking me to tell them more about the problem. Frustration is growing on my part.Some Omega Buildings Give Fewer Neosimoleans
When I collected Neosimoleans from my Omega buildings some gave the usual maximum of 200, but others only gave 98. It seems like about half my buildings were affected. Is this another side effect of Services 2.0? Not only does Services 2.0 require massive Neosimolean investments, but now it also reduces the amount you can collectBuildIt freezes screen —- cannot restart!
In the last 3 weeks, 2 new updates to “improve user experiences” have shut down my user experience. 1- Apple iOS update in late January 2- BuildIt Services update in early February Is anyone aware of the solution to resolve this failure? I can play my game without issue on my Android smartphone, flawlessly. When I play on my iPad, I am unable to use the Services icons in my Capital City without a psychedelic color screen scramble and complete device lockup. I have uninstalled BuildIt multiple times, hard reboot the iPad, cleared my browser history and data, and requested tech support. I saw on Reddit that this issue comes and goes over history, but the last 3 weeks are rendering my “user experience” as poor, very poor indeed! Every time I try to backup my city via the EA login button I get an error saying it's unavailable. I can login to Google Play. However I have two capital cities so can't use the Google login as it will overwrite any city I currently have backed up. I don't use Facebook so that's not an option. I have an Android OS on a Samsung phone.
Add info to trade items
Hello, I have a small UI suggestion: why not add to trade items - both in the global trade hq and in the trade depot, a small number to indicate how many of this item are in my local storage? I think this will make the trading interaction much smoother as I'll know when to buy items that I'm short of and vise versa.
